  • Caught on fire during charge

    By Jun'An
Smoke happened 20 mins in during charge, glad was at home. Tried communicate in app 3 times in 6 months, didn’t receive any replacement or return label. Guess this is it, the end of our 3 years…
  • “Oops there’s no internet connection”

    By clin0048
I’m trying to setup a newly purchased device and keep getting “oops there’s no internet connection” And yet here I am, able to get into the App Store with my full bars or service and leave a 1-star review.
  • Syncing Issues Frequently

    By Miso_Joi
The app is fine when it’s up and running correctly. Syncing and location issues happen more often then I’d like to admit. This is something that should be fixed by now. I’m seeing reviews as far back as two years and it continues to happen. My guess is nobody is really listening or cares. This is my opinion solely and my one star is more than generous.
  • Frustrated!

    By Rdnkwmn
Love my FitBit! However I’m having challenges with the app. I can’t always log food, water, or exercise. I attempted to reinstall the app but am unable to log on or reset my password. I also was unable to contact the app support.
  • Update today messed up syncing with charge4

    By Mtgranny
I ran the update today and now my charge 4 will not sync with the app. It shows my steps. I’m connected but app is not recording heart rate, exercise, hourly activity etc. it will not sync. I’ve tried turning off my phone, disconnecting Bluetooth, so what do I need to do? I have 21 active zone minutes that do not show on the app.
  • The app has gone downhill

    By airazedy
I’ve been a Fitbit user for 5 or 6 years and I’ve never thought of switching. But this is going to be my last Fitbit because the app is just not useful. Too many features are hidden behind a paywall. But the most annoying thing is every time I open the app, it asks me to always share my GPS with the app. I’ve dismissed the notification multiple times a day and still it comes up. I don’t need a permanent GPS tracker and the fact that I’m hounded all day long to share permanently is annoying. I dont allow any app to have GPS tracking always on and there is no reason for Fitbit to track my location if I’m not doing an activity. It’s been fun for a 5 years but I’m tired of the pop up harassment. And there’s no way to permanently disable the pop up. I rarely open the app these days so it just makes sense to switch to a better smart watch.
  • Love this app

I love this app, I keep track of my sleep and steps with it, and love the community
  • Ok but could be better

    By RC Davis
I’m using the app on a iPhone 11, but this app is sluggish in updating after data entry or device sync. Quit bugging me about location access and Bluetooth sharing! If I select “No thanks” then I mean it. Don’t ask me again every time I open the app or switch to it.
  • Long lasting? Nope.

    By mynnisntimportant
I’ve had my Fitbit Versa for 2.5 years. I thought it would last longer but it seems not. I can still tell the time of day with it, but I wanted it to help track my sleep patterns. Several months ago it started acting up when I checked my sleep information and if I synced it 3-4 times it would finally update. But, it won’t do that now. If I get up to go to the bathroom at night, it will only register the time I slept afterwards. So, now it’s just a watch. Not impressed.
  • Not able to log on

    By Sig143
Giving 1 star after talking to the rep, they said they would fix the problem when update is available. I updated and still not able to log on after trying to deactivate 2fa and clicked send email. Still get “unknown error”. I’m done with Fitbit. I had plan to purchase new Fitbit but with this ongoing problems. I’m not purchasing new Fitbit after they gave me promotion code. I’m done!! So long Fitbit!
