I really love google earth, I use it everyday at school, for those people that say “ please make a update for detail “ just be grateful you have detail instead of google maps. Because goggle maps is plain white.

The mobile app is great 75% of the time… however in the year 2023 it still crashes, doesn’t even launch, won’t open etc etc etc. seriously? Google is behind something like this??? It seems like it crashes half of the time for weeks at a time before anyone notices and fixes it.

The app is okay when creating and viewing a personal tour on a computer, but on the iPad and iPhone there is no scalability. All the labels are giant and unreadable. Additionally, none of the images or information I added to each place in the tour appears when using the app. Zero scalability makes it useless for mobile users. Finally, as the author of the tour, I have no ability to control the user’s initial view. I’d prefer the map be clean of others labels, but every time someone else opens the tour, every blinding layer appears. Most of my users won’t know how to turn off all the confusing messy and giant labels. Really it’s not even okay.

Google Earth use to be decent. As of lately it just crashes as soon as you open it. Doesn’t work on any of my Apple products

I have been a google earth user for many years and it works well for me. Now I need to be able to download maps of certain areas for use off line. Is this possible with Google earth?

I think it’s time for some updates on the maps. There is a ace hardware near we’re I live and it’s not on the map the store has been there now for at least 7 years

If the only thing you’re looking for is a general view of a location and not details, it may be a good app for you. But if you’re looking for an app that provides updated/recent imagery, this definitely is not what you want. I ran a series of known locations and all of the results showed images from appx 8-10 years ago. My needs require better and more current imagery.
  • Latest version is crashing left and right!

I’ve been using Google Earth for several years on my iPad and my iPhone, but on my iPad, the version with the latest update crashes EVERY TIME I TRY TO OPEN THE THING! This NEEDS to be fixed at Google in the next set of updates. It’s an older iPad, but it is still supported by Apple, so Google Earth shouldn’t be doing this.
  • Good but I have a suggestion

I love it because you get to see around the world but I think you should be able to go inside the places
