  • Deficient in so many ways

Mozilla Thunderbird is the gold standard IMHO of email UI. Outlook for Windows is an OK alternative. Outlook for MAC however is terrible; deficient compared to all those above and Apple's Mail app. Cannot have Email and Calendar windows open at same time, No Saved Views, Cannot add or rearrange message list columns, just to name a few.
  • Behind in User Experience

Everyone who uses this app knows why it gets one star from me. Compatibility and ease of use are afterthoughts from Microsoft. It has strong features, but they often don't work how you'd expect or hope. Dissappointing compared to Gmail, every time.

    Excellent update on this app
  • This "New" Outlook is bad, real bad

The latest Outlook changes for Mac are pushing me to the native Mail app. Why is there no longer an option to view a status bar at the bottom? Why did they remove the little banner on a message that told me if and when a message had been replied to or forwarded? Every version gets worse from a UX perpective. The little details that kept me in Outlook versus the Apple's native Mail app are disappearing. Oh...let's not forget the unremovable "what's new" icons in the top right corner. Stop, just stop foisting this change for the sake of change on us. Also, no matter how good the app is, being asked to rate all the time is super annoying. Stop nagging, just stop!

There are so many bugs in this new update. I can't call it anything else but TRASH!!!! I use this app for work on the daily and the UI is horrible, the features are garbage. How can I switch back to the old UI.

The spell check in Oullook on the Mac is so poor that it required that I purchase Grammarly.

I was so impressed at the kindness of the staff and how helpful they were. We rented the conference room at the hotel and the hotel staff was very helpful. A great experience!

I've tried this app on four Macs and it has never worked. Even if I can get it to open, I have never been able to load an account and use the email in the way intended.
