    Every time I want to share a clip it says to update my privacy setting but that’s not a thing in the app and there is no way for me to find it.

    You have to go into Xbox settings to allow Mobile connections or whatever. Not quite plug and play, like all things Apple, but if you set everything up right, it works. Cool with an iPhone and a game clip. I can play Xbox from my home console when on the road.
