  • I hate Outlook

If I didn’t have to use this for work I wouldn’t. Continually lets through appalling junk. I have three places where junk email winds up and have to go and check them all and it routinely sends important emails into junk when I delete too many work emails that don’t apply to me. Clunky look with too much stuff on the page. I’ve always hated Microsoft’s aesthetics, but this looks like the wall of a toilet in a bus station. Pull your finger out.

Better than AOL and better than Yahoo in my opinion! Very easy to use and simple

You need to give the ability to see newest at top of thread and also more options for favorites lists to include multiple favorites list as well as notification tones. This would allow groups of people to have their own tones.

I have been using Microsoft products for over 20 years. What I like about the email is I don’t get tons of Junk/Spam emails. They somehow Filter it out to the point none is ever in the Junk Mail Folder. Seriously considering closing Google Email since they can’t do the same and just use Outlook. 4 stars only because I miss the option that once existed where if I didn’t add a person or company to my Contacts I never would receive any Email from either.

Outlook for iOS is only good, not great. So far the only true advantage of using Outlook is that a user doesn’t have to use separate mail and calendar apps. The app frequently freezes and Microsoft still has not figured out how to make the icon badges work correctly. Every time I get a single new email the badge says 2. After I read the single email and exit the app the badge magically says 3. The badge issue creates a lot of unnecessary app checking.

I enjoy the freedom to get emails everywhere however as more people attempt to get on with it, I do not appreciate the cloud lack of speed. I would like to download them to computer to review emails at leisure and offtime

Stopped working in mobile (All of a sudden), recent mails were not updated. When the app was deleted and signed up again, it worked.
