Why can’t I cancel this? I don’t want it anymore and I don’t need it anymore! Please cancel this and refund my money immediately!

3 months into my purchase, I got logged out on my Apple devices for some reason. I tried logging back in with my Apple ID, which has an active subscription that I paid $70 for. I needed to use Microsoft Word and Excel for work immediately. The Microsoft 365 app said my account did not exist on all of my devices. I could not get my work done. I called Apple support. Spent 3-4 hours on the phone with them. They told me to call Windows. Windows does not have humans answering any of they customer service lines. I have 6 Apple devices and this is how they play me? Their billing department refused to give me a full refund. And Microsoft, well, their automated customer service just hangs up on you.

This is getting rediculous you can’t use an app now days without getting solicited for feedback.

This issue may be a local admin problem; however, it is extremely frustrating how often I have to log in to Microsoft. I have issues where I try and open an app to use it and it makes me sign in multiple times, and often has issues syncing. I have found that first logging out of the office app, and then logging back in will fix the sync issues but it is very annoying to massage this process multiple times a day

It looks like Microsoft is selling personal email addresses to spammers. I've never received this much spam and phishing emails in my inbox, not even with free email services. This is happening with my paid MS Office 365 account. None of the anti-spam options suggested by Microsoft are effective. In addition to this, even my calendar has been affected by spammers. This is a nightmare.

I cannot use email. About to go nuts trying to follow the circular trail to get reinstated.

365 makes it easy to file my DOT Physical forms online.

This new update does not let me text to a PDF document. As soon as I text and put it where it goes, it disappears. Please fix this ASAP. This is a huge problem for me here at work.

Microsoft is the cosmic glue that holds all are computers together. And has been for decades. April 4 1975. 49 years now. Wow! Microsoft 365 has so many features that are really cool you can create everything and anything you can think of. It had been fun designing, creating videos ads for my business. I have always loved publisher now the newer stuff is way better. Created a new logo…working on other things still learning and it’s been fun challenging myself to think outside the box. I am not as fast as the young’sters out there. Grateful I have choices and that I can go at my own pace. Defender has identity monitoring which is great these days! There is a lot of nefarious stuff going on on the web I appreciate the reminders and updates. I love that if I can think it I can create it with Microsoft!
