  • Very simple, standalone checklist app

It's exactly what it claims to be: a stand-alone to-do checklist app. Pros: couldn't be simpler or easier to use. Cons: Given that it's a Microsoft product, it's a missed opportunity. Instead of being stand-alone, this function could be integrated into Outlook, with task reminders or deadlines automatically tied into the Outlook calendar. It wouldn't duplicate the many functions available in Microsoft Project -- if you want project management software, you should be using that instead of a checklist app -- but it would make a to-do function much more useful.
  • Mindnumbingly Slow

I am having a hard time understanding how others can enjoy this app when I find it so slow that it's unusable. I have the ios app and the mac app and both are very slow to boot up and laggy thereafter. The only version that is somewhat acceptable is the Safari web version but this means I must reach through the web on all my devices. As soon as I can find another app that has an acceptable amount of the features I want, I'll be switching over.
  • App does not work on my Mac

This app does not work on my Mac. I'm not able to sign into an account from the app. If I click on "To Do -> Preferences" or "To Do -> Account", no window or other information pops up. I'm able to access my Microsoft account through a web browser, but I can't find any way to sign in to this app.
  • More integration with the Outlook

To-do has basic features needed to manage list, however it needs more ability to integrate with outlook. Dragging tasksto a calendar would be great, and launching outlook items in the desktop or web version of outlook sould be an option. Seeing "My Day" as view in outlook would also be a great feature to added. Mac Outlook has a "My Day" but it has nothing to do with the "My Day" in To-Do.
  • Very poor replacement for wunderlist

App used to crash frequently. Now when I paste something from the phone into notes section, it appears twice on the laptop. It has sync issues across devices. Very poor find capability. hangs to find after each character I type instead of waiting for a few characters and using a more precise search.

  • Doing well but important features missing

I like it's connectivity to Outlook, the super useful My Day feature and how well it syncs between devices. I appreciate the change to let pending items to be easily included in My Day. HOW IT WOULD BE FIVE STARS 1- Ability to limit the number of items 2- The ability to order items by your own priority. A simple way to do this is by letting us place three stars for priority so we will have at the top what we need to do first.

Nothing happens when you try to add a task or click on Account on the menu. Surprised that this is still not fixed. Deleted Microsoft To Do folders under the home directory inclduing under Group Containers and Library, but still the same problem.
