Having issue with some text disappearing from files. They were just fine two years ago. Checked properties and all fonts are embedded in file. File is fine when opened on desktop adobe acrobat, and in other pdf-viewing software. Might just cancel my subscription if this valve comes an issue.

The app glitches with dark mode. It loads, then the adobe cover photo shows but then goes away after the app loads & can’t seem to get my printer to print PDF’s inside adobe. I’m a daily user of this app & love it

Completely unusable on iPhone. It makes all my documents look very unprofessional because half the time text boxes and inserts are not saved or they only show half the text. A terrible way to convert your PDFs.

I like the app but I can not seem to find the feature that provides security to access the app. This is an important feature to me since it is linked to my cloud files. I am currently logging off and on to access the app.

There’s so many similar products that are less expensive. I had Adobe Acrobat, DC and at least I could contact someone. I can’t find anyone to contact. I did switch in all fairness from a android system to a iOS but I shouldn’t have to spend 20 hours looking for one answer.

I didn’t renew subscription and yet I was charged an amount that was not listed as a price for a possible subscription. Do not get involved with this app unless you want to be flimflammed! Now I have to make calls to robots in order to get a refund !

My experience having a subscription to Adobe has been awful. When it comes to the cancellation fee (which is heinous), I can see why they enacted it. If my experiences are anything to go by, I don’t see why anyone would want to work with the company’s products, and so I can only imagine the number of cancellations they have. Working with fonts was unnecessarily difficult, the formatting was idiotic, and I found myself having to quit and restart the program constantly when leaving comments (and even going back into the document, everything would run so slowly it would take me forever to leave even one comment). Plus, when I went to the community forums, I would find people who had the EXACT same problem, only their questions were from 3 years ago. Other comments would add on from more recently and ask if that problem had ever been resolved. Problems from years ago are still problems now, which makes me wonder where the money I’m paying is going (though their CEO does make near 40mil a year, so I guess that answers my question). I will NEVER be going back to Adobe, not least because of their cancellation fee, which is a completely unethical business decision. I had no choice but to use my subscription for longer than two weeks on a freelance project, and for that I’m forced to either keep paying for something I’ll never use or fork over $110 just to cancel. I sincerely hope that Adobe goes out of business. Horrible company. Horrible product. I wish I had never subscribed.
