I lost an important file that I was editing on the software immediately after finishing it and attempting to print it.
  • Great new features

Removing objects from the foreground or background has never been easier with Adobe!
  • Let me use what I pay for

    By Ceadawn
I pay for Adobe but it always signs out on my devices and needs wifi to sign in and a second device to get a code. If I pay for a product I want to use it wherever I am.

    Love this
  • Doesn’t work for me

    By c5nest
I’ve used this on two up-to-date iPads and it repeatedly fails to enable me to sign in. Going to the app to press the requested code restarts the login verification in an endless loop.

It’s cool, all the cool kids like it
  • Unnecessary and interrupts workflow

    By jmx0
Poor security implementation. Clearly implemented for Adobe’s goals rather than for the user.
  • Too much trouble to launch

    Barely worth the hassle
  • Awful, annoying garbage

    By Piotr N
I had not used Adobe Lightroom on my iPad for a few weeks but then decided to edit a new photo with it. I was asked to confirm my identity, password, and verification code (already super annoying since I never logged out of the app), but when I tried to use the Adobe Account app it also required my email, password, phone number, and the code texted to my phone. Seven annoying hoops that the customer needs to jump through just to use the software that a few years ago you owned and was never bothered about after paying the licensing fee. The greed and disregard for the paying customer displayed by Adobe is appalling.
