Doesn’t even load now. Updated the app and it’s just stuck on the loading screen. But it took my money that’s for sure.

It works but somehow my ex logged into my trap phone from here phone and I have no way to disconnect her from the service and no way to contact any customer support so that’s a huge worry from me they would get 5 stars but with no line of communication to ensure my safety that’s a huge issue.

I got a few “unknown caller” calls and paid for Trap Call app to unmask. Followed all the instructions and it did not unmask a single call. It blocked all the calls from legitimate credit card letting me know that I had a past due balance balance.

It took me an hour to activate it. I tried it for a week and some of my calls from family weren’t even coming through. I tried deactivating it and now I’m stuck… unable to deactivate this app forwarding my calls. They have no guidance on what to do if the deactivation fails. This is a mess. I’m glad I cancelled before the free trial ended.

Trap call does what it claims to do. I like that it will text you when a blocked caller calls. HOWEVER buyer beware because trap call just charged me TWICE for one month!!! One subscription expires November 9th and the other one expires the 11th. I did NOT get two subscriptions. This company rips you off. I’ve already called apple and requested a refund. Plus, when you try to cancel a subscription they make it very difficult. I have tried to cancel the one that expires on November 9 yet it still shows active. You guys need to get it right and give me my money back!

I paid for the app, but many times it doesn’t work. I have to go back into the app and press “restore purchase” for it to re-connect to my phone. It already charged my account. But it doesn't work consistently, and it’s frustrating that I have to go into the app daily to reconnect it. So essentially, I paid for something that doesn’t work.

Most of the time they’re having a server issue and your call gets forwarded into nowhere. Customer service is absolutely atrocious and all they do is scam money out of you. No thanks.
