  • Landscape mode please!!

The three stars is solely for the app and not the content of the magazine. A feature that is not currently available for this app, but absolutely should be, is the landscape mode. Inability to see an entire image of a two-page layout (which is typically used for the featured article) is incredibly disappointing and frustrating. Even on a one page layout, you are constrained to the width of portrait mode when zooming in on a landscape photograph. Please, please, please add this feature and I will update this review immediately.

Very difficult to sign up for a subscription. My card was charged before I submitted any of my my sign in credentials , now I cannot sign in . It really should not be this difficult to subscribe .

  • Great Magazine App

I still get the paper copy. But I love the extra pictures and the ability to see the latest issues before it arrives in my mailbox as well as back issues I’ve long since recycled. The only thing that is missing from this app as a way to share articles from within the app. I wish I could share my favorite articles with my friends. Condé Nast, add sharing and I’ll change my rating to five stars.
  • This app is not accessible for people who are blind

I have been trying for over a decade to get architectural digest and Condé Nast to make this magazine accessible for people who are blind and they have not achieved that as of yet. They are missing out on a large demographic. It is very disconcerting.
  • Frustrating App

The way this app is designed, it’s like it doesn’t want me to use the magazine. It closes without prompting about 10 seconds after you start scrolling. Difficult, unintuitive, unresponsive navigation experience.

I haven’t been able to read a single thing from this app. Complete waste of money.
  • Train wreck

This app is a train wreck. The sign up process is kafkaesque, and when you finally do get into it the UI is utterly user hostile. One false move with your finger and you will be warped into a different article. Unless of course you WANT to go to the next article, in which case it someone psychically detects this fact and blocks your first 5 attempts. To top it off, this app is just totally unnecessary. Ever heard of a web site?
