  • Why So Crappy?

    By FOFS
Excellent magazine with a super crappy iPhone app. It is extremely ironic.
  • Bad app - digital subscription not found

    By 赫赫赫赫
Are you kidding me? Can access the website but the app claimed it couldn’t find my subscription info on both iPhone (iOS 16.4.1) and iPad (iPadOS 16.5)
  • Non-functional rip-off

    By Stormy Sri Mathie
I have subscribed and paid for Wired twice. It does not recognise my account. Customer service are utterly useless.
  • Confusing subscription

    By Phrankliu
I subscribed to Wired through their website only to find out that to use the app, you need a print subscription. That’s ridiculous.
  • Read the critical reviews

    By Jock_Itch
All the (major) complaints still apply. You literally can't login with the app. And if you're lucky enough to login, the app still doesn't recognize your subscription and asks for $7.99 to download a magazine. Oh, by the way, none of the online articles are accessible from the app.
  • Condé Nast

    By downtownmars
This app requires so many various manipulations to try to make it work that I finally gave up and deleted it. Cancel my Wired subscription !
  • Antiquated App

    By Michael Amico
Only works in Portrait mode. Makes reading on an iPad lousy.
  • Cannot access subscription

    By buttersboy
I cannot access my subscription in either the app or website. The app claims the server has time out or stopped responding. Customer service isn’t responding to my emails. My next step is to call my credit card company and put a block on any Condé Nast or wired transactions.
  • Why has it have to be such a hassle to use this app

    By pissoff78655443566
Signing in is impossible, keep asking for money even tho I have a subscription. Deleted the app and won’t renew
  • It relationship with my iPhone is rocky.

    By Trepang
I go to all of the prompts and forms Wired website requires - sign in and pay their money which they cash right away. I should be all set by all intents and purposes but I keep getting indication that I’m not signed in and I can’t go to articles that I paid for. I went to customer service and they just gave me a classic runaround and a telephone number that is not in service. I’ve been duped again into thinking a classic high-tech magazine like WIRED had their act together. They even sent me a letter and said that everything was fixed. And you guessed it it certainly isn’t - it never is with WIRED IT
