    Window positions and sizes aren't saved, so you have to manually adjust the Notes field for example every single time. This app is great for data entry but terrible at everything else. Just use Contacts instead

    Great when it works. But it rarely works - at least not without frequent freeze-ups and unresponsiveness. In fact, this app freezes up more than any other app I've ever used. That I stick with it should tell you just how awesome it is one those very rare occasions when it works.

    Would love the ability to clean up contacts with address standardization against USPS and phone number formatting. Still clunky after many years, but could be the best quickly. Give it some love.

    Not sure I'm a fan. On my macbook pro I always have to uninstall it and reinstall it. Very unreliable. Find I'm not able to rely solely on this for my contacts so still use my old programs. If it happens again I will probably just give up on this app.

  • Faster and more reliable than Apple Contacts

    Every time I want to edit a name or so much as put a contact in a new group using Apple's Contacts on the desktop, there's an awkward pause to the edit. Edits are fast and reliable in CardHop. Additionally, adding and editing groups are much easier in CardHop. I also love that CardHop allows for linking between cards (spouses, kids, etc.) which is something I've been waiting for since giving up my Palm device for an iPhone. Some of the natural language input is still too awkward to rely on for me, but otherwise I'm very happy with CardHop.

    - they don't allow linked contacts with multiple accounts... cause you can do it in contacts. - unified cards... have to be done in contacts At this point, just use the contacts app an save your money. I hope this changes in the future, but it's worthless outside of just having a centralized "prettier" contacts. Save your money until improvements are made.

    I got this app when it first came out and never really learned how to use it and forgot about it. Recently I rediscovered it on my iphone. and have been playing with it. It is ALMOST perfect. When it came out I was looking for a replacement for Dialvetica an app I used a lot every day open app start typing part of a name, or even initials and you can call, text, email or facetime right there. Yes you can do this sort of......... the call function takes a few extra steps. For me what would be perfect is adding the ability to search for part of a name or initials and when selecting the call feature it goes right to dialing not to the pop up. other than that its a great app and I highly recomend it.
