Our Terms of Use are available here: https://www.qustodio.com/family/terms/ Important notes for users - The Kids App Qustodio for iOS install process will ask you to install a special MDM profile and accept special permissions in order to control the internet traffic on the device. This profile can be removed or disabled by you whenever you want. Instructions for installing, uninstalling, and configuring are on our help page. - When connecting to the internet a VPN symbol will appear on the top of the screen. The VPN connection can be disabled temporarily when needed in the Family Portal or by logging into the Kids App Qustodio on your kids' device. - Continued use of GPS running in the background for the Family Locator feature can dramatically decrease battery life.

  • Easy to disable

It’s a VPN, so your child can just disable VPN’s. Also, there are better VPN’s that actually do things to help keep you safe on the internet, but this was just a poorly made piece of garbage.

Things get really horrifying when you are having a hunch that your significant other is cheating. Of course, sometimes, you may be going overboard with your paranoia, especially if you're rather clingy and insecure to begin with, but what if, by some miniscule margin, your instincts do turn out to be right eventually? One of the biggest fears of anyone in a long term, committed relationship is finding out that their partner has been unfaithful. It's a dilemma as old as time, and today's technology has made it possible to cheat in a whole new variety of ways. If you've noticed some red flags that your partner might be cheating, you may want to confirm your suspicions before confronting or leaving the scoundrel. I got a recommendation on the web about an ethical spy team that possesses smart ways to catch a cheater in the act, I reached out to them on google mail at spytech0099 @ gmail com where I succinctly explained my situation. I needed to see everything on my partner's phone so I went on to pay for the services. Within hours, I saw everything I wanted to see. All the heart wrenching texts and call conversations lol, court admissible information right at my fingertips. You can stop wondering if it's happening, find out for certain, and move on with your life. These spy apps can only do so much.
  • Not the right solution for parents.

Now, honestly, I’m (mostly) fine with the app itself. What I am not fine with, is this app corrupting my homescreen on my iPad Air 5th gen. Now people with qustodio will know that the app has literally no use. And when you don’t use an app often, you naturally hide it in the App Library (you might also want to do this if you get bullied for having qustodio on your phone, thank god I’m not in that position). The only thing is qustodio doesn’t exactly like that. Every day it came back, messing up my homescreen in the process. This became a nuisance. Until one day the piece of rubbish app deleted half of my homescreen. Of course that was the last straw for me, so I deleted qustodio. But not only did it corrupt half my iPad, it’s also a very low effort app that doesn’t do its job very well. I noticed some vulnerabilities with qustodio for parents to be aware of: Removing qustodio on Apple devices is as easy as removing the configuration profile. You can search the web on windows without qustodio’s censoring by using bing chat on Microsoft edge (it doesn’t even show up on history). You can temporarily disengage qustodio until the next restart on windows by ctrl+alt+del, task manager, scroll down to qustodio engine, and end that task. Qustodio prevents a child from doing Emergency SOS on Apple devices when screen time is restricted. On android phone qustodio is supposed to turn location on and prevent the child from turning it off, but sometimes it does the opposite. So in conclusion, this app doesn’t protect your kids. It just makes them squirm. Don’t put this app on your kid’s phone unless they did something to break your trust, or better yet, don’t put this app on their devices at all and just check it manually if you need to. This app has its vulnerabilities and it always will. You, the parent should know if your child is acting off, and you, the parent should help your child by not putting restrictions on their phones that are easy to bypass, but rather by talking to them, and if you need to, just take their phone for a little while! It won’t kill them!
  • Drains Your Data

I like the app and it works good, however, it drains my data when not using WIFI. I typically only use 4-5 Gigs of cell data a month but since installing my data has jumped to more than 20 GB a month and as a result my cell data gets throttled. I doubled checked what apps are using the most data and Qustodio Kids app is the number 1 culprit. Unless it is fixed I will not be renewing.

So im a kid and let me tell you this app is trash and I know you’re like oh it’s a kid. The kid doesn’t like this app or anything like that but actually I can’t search up anything on Google or do any fun activities like friend quizzes online I think I am automatically going on some type of social media platform that my parents have a banned even though I haven’t clicked on anything that perhaps I search up a celebrity that is on TikTok and my parents for ban tick-tock for me. But I don’t click on any TikTok image or link , but the app automatically sent the email to my parents that I’m saying I had generated that activity. It isn’t really good and doesn’t work at all. Yes it works as a free pack for forever you to go to a banned site bu t I don’t really go at all this and this is really irritating me to going on for about four months and I have a complaint to my parents I think about it so thank you

Unlike most people here I willingly and completely on my own decided I needed this app. As mostly teens are here I feel you should all know better on what is necessary to protect a teen and how useful this app is. I wanted what I’m doing to be monitored and also where I am by my mother. I also limited my screen time to 3 hours since I would spend all day on my phone instead of doing homework. After customizing the app on my mothers phone to be extremely limiting I returned it to her. It’s helped a lot and I’m grateful that she agreed to monitor me. :D

I’m shocked that my parents took such measures I don’t do anything wrong and never have on a device! I’m the most trustworthy person in my whole grade why the sudden change of heart! I don’t think my parents trust me anymore! 😭What if I have to do something for school? No SAFARI! I can understand just monitoring my time on this and what apps I’m on but this?!! Talk about the worst app ever! If I could then I would rate this a negative infinity I’m sick of my parents not trusting me!!!😡😡😡😭😭😭
