    Not quite what I was looking for …. Was billed much more than I expected and it is very hard to cancel… maybe I didn’t understand the sales rep but I was expecting a call before I was billed for more than the initial intro fee…. Didn’t get that call and was billed for more than I was expecting….. was told they would reduce the charge and reduce the level of the subscription went on the site two days later and it was still set at essentials not basic with add-ons still active…. Not pleased…. I build my business on keeping my word and expect others to do the same…… guess you can’t expect that everywhere. A disappointed customer. Love the software and functionality and feel. not pleased with the communication not pleased that I have to contact customer service and wait 3-5 business days for a call back from a billing department to cancel….do better

    My first month using them was great up until the 24th a week before my bill is due they decided to freeze payments that was processed and send two invoices while keep in mind they still have way more than the bill amount frozen from the payment processing

  • Getting sick of the constant problems

    It's one problem after another and the worst customer service team in existence. They don't read or listen to your concerns and just copy and past pre typed messages. My app is broken and they are telling me they'll get back to my by the end of the week, but want to continue to charge me full price.
