    I accepted an offer for 99 cents for 3 months, only to be immediately charged the full amount for the first month. Mistakes happen, but not getting a refund feels like bait and switch.

    I don’t think that anything I see or can find looks anything like the newspaper. I have no idea how to find the puzzles so can print them out and some things that look like info are really commercial efforts.

    One week ago I was asked to pay my bill for a print subscription - almost 500.00 per year. I was willing to do this, but, when I tried to access my account via the app or even on line, I was unable to pay my account. For one week, I have tried to pay my bill. For one week, I tried to switch to digital and stop print copy. For one week, I have tried to talk with a REAL PERSON. Today, I cancelled my subscription and could not even do that with this app or online. When I did speak with a talking, live person, not a robot, she wanted to help me do all kinds of things to manage my account. NOT NOW! Customer service with the Gainesville Sun is terrible and this app is awful!

    I hate it, you have run the same few stories over and over. I want my front page, local news, less “fluff” and not so much just copied from USA Today.     The app is otherwise fine, but my major gripe is that it completely shuts down if you click out of it for any reason. If you’re reading an article then go to respond to a text, check an email, click a notification, whatever, the app CLOSES and you lose not only the article you were reading but your place in that article. I know that isn’t the way it has to be because no other app on my phone has that issue
