    I hadn’t played Castlevania since the 90s on my gameboy and this iteration sure brings back some fond memories and a glimpse of what I have missed in the past 25 years of vampire hunting. However the fun is cut short by the mandatory repetitive leveling up mechanics of later levels and soon you will be spending more time on DeadCells+. The well written storyline and more than a few surprises make up for the grind but Konami probably missed an opportunity to have a game as popular as Diablo Immortal.

    ive been playing this since day one. a very very long time. the enemies scale like Elder Scrolls Oblivion enemies do. no matter how strong you get they will be stronger then you. you have to log in everyday to search for cards the game was truly build for pay to win model but then last second changed for apple arcade its so clear. they wont even go in & change it. don't download it. don't play it.

    Constantly facing the wrong way even you didn’t move you thumb. Duck to avoid an attack and stand up into it for no reason, again, not even moving thumb. Moving forward and holding up to shoot upwards and you turn around and shoot the wrong way for literally no reason. Literally the worst most unresponsive and inaccurate controls of any game I’ve ever played and I’m $&@) 43 years old and been playing since the first castlevania on NES. Whoever is responsible for the controls in this game should never work again and be homeless. It could have been a blast to play and this single problem ruined it.

    Everything was outstanding except that it took me Three Hours To Install. The graphics were great the game is so much more fun than some of the other games on arcade!

  • Buggy saving with multiple devices deleted my data!!!!

    Don’t use on a second device, such as iPad and iPhone. This keep popping up CONSTANTLY asking which save to use after every little action. Finally selected the cloud option. My progress was gone deleted my data. Buggy data saving upset as this is a freemium entry with bugs of the store recently fixed started playing again this was the only reason I signed up for Apple Arcade so I have cancelled so annoyed.

    Do not play this game. The game cheats really bad especially later in the game is almost impossible to get anywhere in the game getting rare items is are not possible why did Apple allow this cheating game not fair playing game on the Apple Arcade service this game is not player friendly micro transactions is really bad. Luckily Apple does not allow it. Otherwise the game will be impossible to complete. The game is still impossible to complete the way the cheating mechanics are made

    Put some time into this game and it’s fun but after I completed the first book with all the challenges all I could see was a black screen and the game wouldn’t load anything else. Hope they can fix it.
