  • Bullies thrive here in dying game

10 month Update: bullies are worse than before as Scopley continues to ignore problems & give people who pay more power. Lower players pushed out & so many regular players quitting. This game is dying as they combine dozens of servers. Don’t bother with this game. It’s dying. 6 month: The current problem is that Scopley gave some players (not all) the ability to locate another’s base. Bullying by higher lvl players is bad enough and this gave them another tool. Watching it play out with players who disagrees with server leadership (only large alliances matter). Second, the other players make this s3xual or misogynistic at least & Scopley again has enabled them by not blocking words or tracking behavior. When you give them proof, they still ignore you. I’ve played for 6 months and Scopley is not responsive. Yeah for the Saudi Royal Fund that owns this game.
  • Very Buggy and Extremely Glitchy

I am changing my review to focus on Scopely’s Buggy and extremely glitchy game. I am giving 1 Star since zi cannot give zero stars. This game is so glitchy that you basically cannot click on systems to send ships to. The 2 most recent updates have turned this game into the worst game on the market. Also their Digital Downloads for $99.99 do not offer what they say you are guaranteed to receive not that $100 is worth anything digital that you cannot hold. I think it’s time to uninstall this game. Then a side note they are bringing in nom Star Trek shows like Galaxy Quest. I mean, Why?! This is a Star Trek Game!
  • Camping

They just removed the camping hostiles ability that the game as always had. Why are you trying to ruin this game with your dumb changes?
  • There are better games.

Game play is so so. Started out following trek, but then it is about making money over game play. Software will crash repeatedly, reporting bugs that never get fixed. Save yourself some time and money . Stay away from this programming disaster . Btw the dumps it creates will consume your devices storage.
  • Glitch Trek Fleet Command

This should be a fun game. As an original player of STFC and Trekkie, this game is sadly only designed to make Scopley & Paramount billions. Though it requires a lot of $$$ to advance and acquire resources. The higher level players love to bully the lower level players and take as much of the resources as they can, so it’s very difficult to get anywhere. Filing legitimate concerns with Scopely is waste of time, they do not fix the iOS. The ship/base levels are improperly bracketed. Every Update only makes the game worse to play, it’s very sad!
  • Don’t Waste Your Money or Time

I have played for about 15 months. Constant bugs, crashes and you really do have to spend $ to play. Advertisements are not like the game actually is. Now they changed the font on iOS to something so tiny I have to have the phone 5 inches from my face. Useless after over $1000 and 15 months I can’t play. I won’t download another Scopely game.
  • Can’t seem to fix anything….

Great game, if it doesn’t freeze up anytime you try to do anything. I’ve mentioned this repeatedly and nothing fixed yet. All they try to do is appease you and expect you to put up with the tremendous lag and freezing.
  • Horrible customer service and lots of issues

This game has its up and downs and most of the time now it’s full of glitches, it rips people off, they don’t get what they’ve paid for if they spend money, the customer service is the worst of any place I’ve ever been. Most of them don’t know what they’re doing, and the game is supposed to take tons of pictures of the game and provide evidence to customer service because they have no idea how to chase it from their end and even if you provide evidence they don’t give you your money back don’t make it right and you spend a lot of time trying to go back-and-forth with them to try to get it taken care of. In other words time you could be playing in the game and having fun if it was a fun game you spending talking to somebody that’s probably getting eight dollars an hour and has no idea what they’re doing. When this game started, it was fun. It was interesting. It had glitches, but they would fix them in a month or two nowadays they hardly ever fix them and only gets worse. It’s a really big Money grab. Probably the worst of any game out there. If you think you’re gonna play for free, you probably won’t get anywhere and you’ll be very disappointed. It’s really too bad because some of the graphics are fun and it could be really awesome. Unfortunately, so many people are leaving every glitch. We lose people. the rich people bully everybody, there’s a lot of racist and other comments. It’s really too bad.
  • Game now openly stealing from players

Oh wow I see last months review still hasn’t been posted, despite scopley blaming Apple for all its iOS issues the App Store appears to keep that rating high, go figure, well I’m done, I’ll keep the game as f2p but going from spending $1000 a month for me and my wife to $0 a month because of the stability….after they send you down a rabbit hole of restarting your iPad, clearing your localisation and then uninstalling and reinstalling the game you will get a generic message saying “ they are aware of the issue and are working on it” same message for the last 3 years, thanks scopley, we are gonna buy a PlayStation and save a ton of cash👍🖖

Good game but freezes up about every 5 minutes, have to restart the game. I downloaded this again after a year of not playing because of the freeze ups and it is still not working properly.
