    It’d be pretty hard for me to overstate how helpful this app has been in my life. Like literally, honestly, changed my life. It’s the single most helpful thing I am doing for myself right now. I have tried other apps but making the human connection with the teacher through the short video is what sets it apart. Some of the other apps feel pretty ephemeral. Try it for one month, try your best to be consistent during that time and then see how you feel.

    I truly love this app, but the fact that the meditation stops once my phone goes black is very annoying. How can one fall asleep if one has to continually tap on the screen to wake it up???

    I didn’t renew my subscription because the sleep and other meditations were getting old to me. I waited several months to join back, hoping for more/different meditations, especially 20-30 min sleep meditations, but there aren’t. Can you please add more 20-30 min fresh sleep meditations?

    Extremely helpful - I wish I had started meditating a long time ago and like this app so much that I’ve gifted others with app subscriptions. As with exercise, when I skip several days, I notice a significant difference in how I feel. The guided meditations and courses on the app are well done and very useful. I began using the app two years ago, as someone new to meditation and working on figuring out what meditation is exactly — so far, “brain training” sums it up for me. So, I think the app works for brand new and more experienced meditators.
