    Their support staff is totally not responsive. So my account got blocked for some completely unknown reason. Perhaps ppl we disconnected from perhaps because of their Byzantine photo rules. Nonetheless I paid for a three month subscription that I can’t use and their support staff doesn’t respond to inquiries about why and how to remedy. They request a photo of u making a silly face to even consider talking to you about the account. What the …. kind of system is that. I would not care had I not paid. Buyer Beware Update: Reached out to support staff via email to get account info unblocked. After three weeks of email tag they unlocked. By then any connections thought u ghosted so not worth continuing use. I immediately terminated and just said screw the other two months I had paid for. They need to have a better system to verify account than that dump picture bull. I maintain my buyer beware warning but give two stars because at least they replied.

  • Community blocking = presumption of guilt

    All it takes is one person to report you- for any reason or no reason at all- and Feeld immediately blocks you. A legitimate app would have a human review any complaint/report before denying access to its service…not so with Feeld. The human review comes AFTER you have been automatically blocked - regardless of how petty or nonsensical the supposed “violation” may be - and that’s IF you are lucky. In order to have your account unblocked you have to be able to get someone in their customer service to read your request, and that often takes weeks or months. I know because their customer service chat shows you whether your message has been read. And paying for their Majestic membership does not help. I’m a current Majestic member and have been blocked for nearly three weeks without anyone reading my request to unblock my account. This is my second time making a Feeld account- the first one I had to abandon because I was blocked for months with no help. Guess what: I finally did get a response four months later, after I had started a new, paid Majestic account. My repeated pleas to Feeld to put human review before any block occurs have fallen on completely deaf ears. Spending money on this app is asking to be defrauded. Spending time on this app is asking for infinite frustration.

    I tried Reddit, I tried regular dating apps, I tried another kink-centric dating app (that was 100% (actually 100%) people looking for money). I downloaded this app a few days ago and while I haven’t met up with anyone yet I have found lots of people whose interests align with mine and have dates set up. The app is a bit buggy but feels very clean. As a male it has been difficult to find females interested in exploring, until now. Most members are refreshingly honest and either know what they want or admit they are just exploring. Would be 5 Stars if there were no bugs. Would have given 4.5 if I could have with the bugs.

    First of all, this app needs to have a place to see the people you have liked. Second, you should be able to message people even without liking them. Third, you should be able to search names or share profiles. The app links to your partner. But doesn’t link anything they do. There’s no way to say hey check this person out.

    I would say 85-90% of profiles are fake or scam accounts. Other then that it works fine.definitely not worth the money though.

    Getting more common since I joined I’ve heard more people mention it kind of like other household dating apps! They keep making improvements and offering resources to help the community! This app got it right when it comes to lifestyle dating. They moderate profiles to make sure they aren’t bots or solicitation profiles. The features they offer are what make them standout on the dating app market. There’s obviously a need for some technical issues to be fixed but play by their rules and you’ll have a great time.

    We are a M/F hetero couple. This app allows other users to report you if you disconnect from their profile/chat e.g. if you’re not a match, disconnect, they get upset, and report you. If multiple people report you, then your account gets blocked (which apparently happens often). To even chat with a customer service rep, you have to send a pic of you holding a book in one hand and then closing the opposite eye, completely stupid. The first time our account was blocked it took a day to get back online. The second time this app blocked our account we waited over 2 days, sent the stupid pic again, no response. We canceled our account.
  • terrible picture detection

    I cannot change my pictures because every single one I upload they say nudity is detected. I’m literally fully clothed in every one, in one pic I’m in a full winter jacket and I even tried just uploading flowers. There’s no place in the app to submit a report and get tech support which is extremely frustrating. I’ll never pay for this app as long as it remains so basic and with seemingly no tech support at all.
