    I really enjoy playing at this casino. The only thing that grinds my gears is that all the rewards that I work so hard to get are always sold out. Free Play? Come one how can free play be sold out all the time. They say that they refresh rewards everyday. It’s been two months and I’m still waiting, not very fresh if you ask me, actually it’s starting to get stale. Also because of this disappointing and frustrating situation, I think that they should allow you to get the same reward and as many times as you want, waiting 90 days seems like there punishing you for claiming a reward. At least maybe that won’t be sold out and will put a little sugar in the bowl to tie you over while your patiently waiting for the rewards that you really want to become available.

    Tried to get in contact with them it’s been at least 3-5 days I have not heard from them. My sister and I play the same game and I lost all of my loyalty points at one point they would not give them back then recently I reached out to ask about the rewards because I am planning a trip in April for my bday and the only comp rooms they have are in west wendover which isn’t even Las Vegas so why call it Vegas slots and they say they change the rewards but I have been looking for awhile they have not and then my sister gets on doesn’t even have to touch anything and gets loyalty points I have to keep spinning to get some. I just don’t understand why things are so different and I spend money to play to get points but for what? It’s not how they advertise!! Disappointed!

    The last 4 purchases I made i have not won anything. Time and time again it just gobbles up you coins and returns nothing. I am at level 3146 I have done different denoms/tried everything and nothing. It used to pay good. But now it’s just lack luster. All the responses on these comments from them are automated and the same (do you actually care)? I’m calling you out My Vegas. Listen to your paying customers and fix the odds. Do better.

    They recent updates to the daily missions are horrible. 1. The number of tasks increased from 3 to 5 2. The difficulty of the tasks has increased. It used to be a simple “spin 30 times” now it’s “Win 3.2 million chips 12 times”. There’s ZERO incentive to play when the task is that ridiculous. I will simply close the app and do something else. 3. They payout for completing each task has SIGNIFICANTLY decreased. Completing a task used to yield over 1 million chips. Now it yields less than 50,000. What a joke. It’s clear the developer has updated the game to force people to waste their chips in hopes of driving in-app purchases. All it’s doing is driving people away, the recent reviews make that very clear.

    Update - fell of the toilet laughing at the developers reply. Basically. Spend more. Lose more. Sort the reviews by most recent. There is some propaganda out there. Majority of the new reviews are about how this is just a money grab. Recent updates have fixed the issue with winning. Just a greedy developer. Stop paying. Accumulate free play during the week and then play for two minutes. Don’t pay until the developer starts a reasonable payout and posts the winning odds by each game. READ THE BELOW. Before I start. Just want to say. STOP PAYING THESE THIEVES. The games are fun. But the odds are horrible. I’m recent updates the odds have gone from horrible zero chance of winning. You actually have better odds of winning at a real casino. These games do not pay out at all anymore. Used to pay out a little. Could play for a week. Now. Maybe 10 minutes. The. Asking for $23. Yep. Asking for more dollars and giving less credits. Games have stopped paying out. I fully believe the games are now rigged. And the developer is scam. The odds just can’t be this horrible.
