    The other reviews really say it all, and just in the past week or so new 404 error issues have cropped up. The layout, being able to switch between matches in a tv guide format, is perfect, but constant streaming/buffering/freezing issues are infuriating. Being able to access women’s matches is crucial. What in the (every inappropriate slur in every language) is going on with this channel ? Why do they even have right to matches that are unavailable on Tennis TV?? Would you please just combine forces and get it right for once ?

    Just submitted a fraud complaint to Apple. The app does not deliver what it promises. Videos are broken. Streaming is unwatchable super pixelated even if you are in fiber. The problem is this business not you the customers.

    This app is TERRIBLE. I was watching matches this morning on my AppleTV device but this afternoon I was told I had to subscribe EVEN THOUGH I HAVE A PAID SUBSCRIPTION UNTIL MARCH 2024. The developer site is USELESS. I worked with Apple for over an hour and we could not get this TERRIBLE app to work again. Also, if you want to see the finals of any tournament, you have to have a CABLE TV SUBSCRIPTION. You can’t stream the finals. What a crappy app. Highway robbery for zero functionality and zero service. I requested a FULL REFUND.

    I have paid a lot of money over the year to subscribe to tennis channel plus, and my hit rate for the app actually working and letting me watch is less than 25%. It’s a waste of money; what a terrible app.

    I got this app to stream because I don’t have tv….they keep wanting me to sign in with my provider. And even when I can get matches, they won’t show the final.

    It is a SCAM! You pay upfront for the year, and when your fav player finally plays in the final rounds. They told you, too bad, you need cable to watch it. What the actual xxxx!?

  • Not Worth It - Doesn’t Play Main Matches

    You can hardly ever watch main matches. You have to have a TV Provider to watch the primary stream on Tennis Channel. I’ve missed countless matches that are being aired on Tennis TV because I can’t sign in with a TV provider. Not sure why I paid so much for this service when it won’t even let me watch main draw matches? Switch to Tennis TV. Unfortunately no WTA, but I’m tired of missing all the matches.
