    Tried several times and each time it will not let me sign in saying system error, check network. Going on 2 days now still can’t get in the app.

    If you have an exclusive contract with MLB you should have sufficient budget to be able to support older phones.

    1) when my ticket gets scanned entering the ballpark, the app should automatically check me in given it knows I have tickets and entered the park. Why must I remember to check in manually each time? 2) the sell tickets function doesn’t seem to work. I rarely sell tickets but have a need to do so due to conflicts with family and friends to whom I’d normally give my tickets when I’m unable to use them.

    I can see that I have tickets, but anytime I try to open my tickets. It says an unexpected error occurred and I cannot get to them. I spent over $100 on these tickets and the event starts in less than an hour so hopefully they allow me into the ballpark. If you are going to force customers to use this app to access their tickets, you need to at least make sure the app works. I want to add to this that the automated developer response that in no way addresses the fact that the app doesn’t work makes the customer service worse, not better.

    It would be great if I could sync MLB app with my calendar as a season ticket holder. Individual games will go on my calendar if I buy them but it would be better if they all synced at the beginning of the season.

    My first time downloading this app and for 30 minutes I keep getting this message. I can’t even register my account to get to my tickets. Ridiculous lol
