    Since the healthy habits challenge started in January, I have used this app nearly every day since the first of the year. I have an abundant resource of information and helpful tools. Anything from mental health to yoga and meditation. I am truly grateful for coming across this died for me being a better person. During the first three weeks, I had enjoyed using the app enough to purchase the plus edition. The plus line has numerous classes, horses charts of any area one would ever think about to get information. I would give it more stars!

    I used to search with the word ‘sleep’. After the update-the results said ‘no content.’ That was without any time or content filters. Not sure what you did, but it wasn’t an improvement.

    I’m done with this. There IS no privacy policy. I have liked it very much, however, I have finally turned this over to California AG regarding these people’s refusal to allow CA opt out of sharing data per the law, and providing data they’ve collected under shine the light. I’ve been told to “use my phone settings.” No. Follow the law. With Apple’s privacy tracking, I’ve found my data is going to Amazon and Facebook at least, and who knows where else. (I have been advised FB builds shadow profiles.) For shame! You are based in California. If I cant opt out, I don’t use your app.

    I just began using this app a couple of weeks ago, and was amazed at the content available. I’ve found it incredibly useful and a real resource at a time when I really needed help to reset. Then my home screen went blank and there’s little access to new content. My bookmarked meditations are still there, and I can find a few things under headings, but it’s a much different experience. I don’t know if it’s a glitch or part of the latest update; maybe it’s no longer available without a subscription. I’m very grateful for the help I’ve received here, and wish I’d had more time to explore.

    I turn to this app many times a day and refer it to my recovery family frequently. As a sponsor and in many different forums for quitting drinking there is a boredom, an emptiness that quitting your vice leaves behind. I leave any of the Insight Timer apps meditations, breath-work, yoga, affirmations, and live talks with positivity and a lightness in my step and in my heart for the remainder of the day. Whether it’s a morning meditation, afternoon enlightening pick me up, or night time wind down, this has become my new healthy habit for 2023 and I’m sharing it with so many in recovery-even from cigarettes or sugar-who rely on it when they are feeling irritable, angry, bored, lonely, and any other way that would cause them to reach for a vice. I would like to see some free challenges on the calendar that are easy to find for newcomers. Something as easy as a 7 or 10 day check in could help many people with over eating, cigarettes, drinking, etc. as a new healthy habit. I loved the healthy habits challenge of 2023 and have gone back to it frequently. Thanks so much for my continued sobriety.
