  • Needs a lot of work

This app is great but it has not been a voice over friendly and I really think you should update it for voice over problems
  • Disappointed

Bought the app. Worked a month or so. Then all my local channels have been down for over 200 days. Can’t hear anything on cape cod. Happened when Biden came to the islands. All his fault. Lol
  • Quits playing without notice

Just as the title suggest. I like to listen to my home airport as background noise or listening for practice with my own conversation with ATC when I fly. Without warning, it will just stop. I won’t realize until I notice I haven’t heard anything for a while. When I go to check, sure enough it’s stopped. So aggravating, I’d expect that from a free app, but this is a paid app.

App worked fine for a few days and now I can only pick up tower frequency. No aircraft radio transmissions are coming thru. I do not recommend

  • Great!

A good general app. For some reason for KGEG it only reports NOAA weather. Nothing from Ground or Tower. Odd
  • worth upgrading from the free website feed

2 points 1st: all the low review scores reflect the [lack of] understanding of purchasers who don't know what is. I've never found a whiff of deceit asso. with All users depend on some individual keeping an AM radio on-channel, with a well-fed antenna, and continuous internet connection. Author Dave P has pre-purchase warnings in the app description. There's not much more he can do to idiot-proof the purchase, at least until the app provides blinky lights and a warning siren. @DaveP: if you don't yet, maybe you could tell prospective purchasers to check out the web site FAQ & feeds before they buy. 2. I held off buying the app, as I was content with the [FREE] feed from I finally got the app, and it seems the [ATC radio] call quality is *much* better. Whoa! No regrets. I was hoping the app would support 2 channels at once (e.g. arrival+departure, arrival+final, etc,) but alas it does not. (Future enhancement?) I'm quite satisfied with the app at this point. Now I have to figure out how to solve the 60Hz hum and lack of squelch on the local airstrip's feed....

  • Don’t buy

I’ve had this for over 3 years, it used to be reliable. The app opens plays my local airport KBUF and you hear nothing. Last update was 8 months ago. Always down.
