    I’ve been running for a while now but I am running a 10k in a few months and wanted a structured training plan. This app has helped me a lot! It’s great for beginner runners too!

    It is good for helping stay on a pace, but it is far from worth what was spent on it. - you can’t use earbuds and have it sync to your watch- you can’t program a set pace or goal for a ‘free’ run- have had to delete app from watch/phone twice now because it randomly stops connecting to health/location services even though it still shows as connected. App has potential but is a big work in progress it seems.

    I started runna because I left my CrossFit gym and still wanted to stay active. I loved CrossFit because I didn’t have to think through my workouts every day and the coaching I got. Runna does both! The freebie running plan they gave me got me hooked!! And honestly 9.00 a month is nothing when you literally have a ton of different running plan options and the ability to integrate strength training! I’m really enjoying it and what’s great is you can just give it a try for free first :)

    I am loving the tips and the content. I feel that I am really improving my running and actually know what I’m doing for once! One tip I would like is how to figure out how to do the temp runs better since they are new to me, math is hard, especially when I’m running. For the app, I enjoy the general layout but would like some UI improvements. Skipping through the week drop down gets confusing sometimes. If they were crossed out, or just disappeared/were not selectable (unless from a separate button labeled “past runs”) it would be helpful for me to know what week I’m on.

    I’ve been using Runna and brought my 17:02 5K down to a 16:40 as a freshmen. The app helped me achieve some goals but I would like to see a training plan option for the 1600, 800, etc.

    This is a subscription model app. They don’t tell you this until you enter in all your info. Please be honest upfront about this. Plus I won’t pay any subscription. Just make you app a one time fee.
  • It’s gotten me farther than I ever thought,

    I was a new runner a few months ago, I was 48, overweight and had no cardio. In five months I have gone from a mile to a five K to a ten K. Today I ran nine miles, the farthest in my life. The most important thing is I haven’t been injured following their plans. Wouldn’t be where I am at without Runna. 40 pounds light and pace now 10 minutes a mile compared to 12:30 minute miles this summer.
