  • Laughable. Won’t even turn on the TV.

“Must be connected to the same wireless network.” Uh, it is? Once your TV is on, this can work (ad-supported? Samsung should be embarrassed). Otherwise, don’t bother.

I can’t even find Art Mode on the app nor can I upload art so it will show on my TV. Have had the thing for three days now. Not user friendly whatsoever. Very frustrated.

We just bought an expensive tv and I order to register your tv it says to download this crappy app. When trying to add tv it says that I need to log into my Samsung account which the app won’t let me do.

Trying to stop the service. Can’t get in touch with you. Charged my card immediately, they want $30 for a stop payment, $10 more than the bill. Quite the scam
  • Is this a joke?

So let me get this straight… I buy a TV from Samsung and then they expect me to pay for a remote control app? I mean is this a bad joke or something? 1 star and uninstalled. PS the app doesn’t even look decent it looks like amateur hour.
  • It actually works

So originally I left a two star review on this because I couldn't figure out how to allow permissions on my TV considering the fact that it needed me to use a remote on the TV to actually access the remote app (circular I know) but I couldn't use the remote to actually allow the permissions. But then I realized you can just plug in a keyboard into your smart TV. and press the enter button when it asks you to allow permissions and it'll work and now the application works perfectly and died so crazy turning up the volume changing channels everything works and i'm fixing to buy it once my free trial ends
