It isn’t worth the hassle. They say they’ll remind you when your subscription is ending- they won’t although they WILL send 3 emails a day about other stuff. Thankfully, they weren’t able to withdraw the charge, but when I click the link to cancel my subscription like it says on their Notion page, it takes me to get a subscription. There is no option to cancel and it won’t let me do anything besides pay for a subscription.

I’ve only been using it for a few days and it is changing my life and lessening my anxiety. It’s crazy that little changes can make such a big difference.🙌
  • The “just right” ADHD app

Brand new to adhd treatment at 56 as well as lifetime skeptic of the self-help zeitgeist, I joined inflow on a lark, intentionally flatlining my expectations and expecting to cancel before the end of the free trial. Inflow proved me wrong on multiple axes and I’m eight weeks past the free trial. If that isn’t teaching an old dog new tricks, maybe I’m not that old. Inflow provides a number of opt-in support modalities for different learning styles: audio, reading, one on one counseling via chat or phone, a social community, journaling with journaling prompts, group support and group work sessions. Use one or use them all, choose the one that’s right for you or mix and match. Well done, Inflow!

How are we supposed to know if something works well if we only have 7 days to see?
  • Critical Need for this App! Life changing..Make discount info explicit

I'm taking the time to provide you with feedback related to my experience with inflow. The only complaint I have is my coach was never available during my subscription so I missed out. I have suffered with ADHD my entire life but was not diagnosed until my late 20s. The negative self talk is ingrained and the app helped with that pertinent information. This app changed my life in a short time. My concern is that the access program and student discount information are not explicitly stated when you sign up. I fear that people who need the service may miss this opportunity. Also, financial challenges occur by happenstance especially with ADHDers. I am facing a financial hardship but I at one time had a paid subscription. Making the access program open for people in crisis might help. Maybe with the support of a qualified mental health professional or the like. Maybe a month at a discount or including information under access to help ADHDers learn to manage their finances. You have an amazing opportunity to change lives. Have you considered an ambassador program? I say this because I would suggest this app to everyone I know with ADHD. I am faculty at a university, and I believe me and our personalized learning center could promote this service. Nonetheless, I am thankful for the time I was able to participate.

they should know better than to make the app based around reading long paragraphs and pages to learn. People with ADHD mainly learn visually and this app just gives you tons of text which people like me just skim over and are unable to focus on. I downloaded and deleted about five minutes later.

Free to download but very expensive and pay first before using.
  • Clearly made by people without ADHD

This app is almost insulting as it simply asks you your problems and tells you to just fix them and with generic solutions at best. It is equivalent to regurgitating every ADHD article the internet. Research the company to find the founders are recent grads from a business and finance school who suckered a therapist to join their ranks and take advantage of the recent uptick in ADHD. Despite how much they say they care, why would they force an all up front payment and auto billing scheme on customers who have memory issues and would forget to cancel? This is Predatory behavior. IF THIS APP DOESN'T WORK FOR YOU IT DO NOT WORRY. YOU ARE NOT THE PROBLEM. THEY ARE.
