  • Does not connect with Fitbit

    By Betambri
This app described itself as able to connect to my Fitbit. The ONLY thing that crosses over is my steps. If I want my food or water on Omo, I have to log things in both apps. In addition, this is a fasting app. It does not say anything about that when it is drawing you into the subscription. It started me off as fasting 16 hours a day. Someone who has never fasted before 🙄. A sure setup for failure. I cancelled the subscription.
  • Exercise

    By Tiny Tawnia
I need little or no impact exercises bc my knees have zero cartilage. They are ready for knee replacements. I need to loose weight to have this surgery. If there was a way to talk to someone on this app that would help.
  • Only day one buttttt…. Already better than Noom at a much lower price

    By MNordle
I recently signed up for Noom and was pretty blown away by the pricing brackets. 3 months for $159? Even with a promo code to get 12 months for the price of 3, $159 feels high for an app, plus you have to pay an extra $40 for the workout premium, and it’s PDF sheets of work outs. I was frustrated so I did some research and found Omo… it’s the exact same mission statement as Noom (psych based dieting and wellness education) BUT Omo has fully customizable workouts included with the app, AND a fasting option where you can easily integrate intermittent fasting into your weight loss program with a ton of information on the do’s and don’t’s. While I haven’t used Omo for very long, there hasn’t been one food I’ve scanned that wasn’t already incorporated on the app, which I had huge problems with on Noom, but I have found some inaccurately logged food items… what else is new. That’s rampant on almost every calorie tracker app. Overall I’m super impressed, not only by the content, but also by the $29 for 3 months price. That’s a reasonable number for an app that promotes weight loss but can’t guarantee it. That was my biggest gripe with Noom- after 2 weeks I wasn’t really seeing the same results that Noom kept ‘predicting’ which made me lose confidence in the app, and Noom’s 3 month program is set at a FIRM $159. Omo will go up to $50+ after my 3 month trial, but at least that gives me time to decide if the results are worth a further investment. Noom gives you 2 weeks free and that’s it, time to pay up. I definitely recommend this app if you’re torn between the two.
  • So far, so good

    By Makjack1
This app is great with education, reminders, logging weight, and keeping a food journal. My challenge is with logging my workouts. It doesn’t recognize my Apple workouts, doesn’t have rowing as an option, and when I log a workout that isn’t native to the app it isn’t giving me credit for it.
  • Couldn’t even get the app to go past subscription page

    By yogyad20214
Buyer beware. If you purchase online and not through the App Store you will be out your money. If you pay with PayPal or another method and you download the app, it jumps to the subscription page and you can’t go past it without buying a new subscription through the Apple Store. None of the troubleshooting responses by the company worked, and they refused to refund my money to an app I could not even access. Hard pass.
  • Scam…trying to be Noom but it’s not.

    By Scam; do not buy
I took the quiz and needed to complete the purchase and the first day lessons before it became clear that this is a fasting based program. I would not have bought it if I had known it was a fasting program. The moment I found out I reached out to OMO and I was told I did not qualify for a refund of my $25.99 dollars; but that I was granted lifetime access to the app. I reiterated it’s not the type of program I wanted. Didn’t matter. Enjoy my 26.00 bucks developers in Cypress. I will be writing Apple directly. DO NOT PURCHASE!
  • It’s just Meh.

    By KAV1347
It’s fine. Over-priced and it says you have to cancel the subscription in the app-store but it’s listed as a purchase not as a subscription. Would love to know where to cancel! I’ll try emailing. Waste of money - do not recommend - other apps have more detail and features for less money and they are less sketchy and more transparent about where and how to cancel subscriptions.

Al terminar daré un mejor puntaje

    By rjs175
I don't even want to give them one star. There is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE , and no way to stop the subscription. I feel as if I was hoodwinked into something I can't stop. I can even find where they are charging me or by what name they are using. If you are looking for a weighloss app DO NOT USE THIS ONE~ there are so many better choices. I can not say enough bad things about this company and mostly its because there is no help at all ever !
  • This app has it all

    By LindsMarie123
This app has it all. Tasks, logging meals (data base could be better) macro counting, fasting timer, workouts, water tracker. Literally everything you could ask for. 2 months using this app and I’ve lost 19lbs. I finished my tasks and I am a little sad there aren’t more. I’d love to learn how to continue the maintenance phase once you’ve hit your goal. When people ask how I did it Omo is the first thing I say. THANK YOU for making this more of a lifestyle change and not a crash diet. Worth every penny.
