    App on iPad will not allow me to login. Web site using google browser allows me to login. No phone number for customer Support. Only e mail that they do not respond to. Their list of iPads to have net capabilities is incorrect. No response from customer service.

    I purchased the MLM on Wednesday from Amazon, it was delivered on Thursday, and today, Friday, i’m sending it back - an electronic doorstop. * Your support is unbelievable! You finally find a phone number to call and it’s a voicemail prompt telling you to email customer support if you need help. No human interface. * I charged my new MLM overnight and all I got was a solid amber light, not the solid green light I was told to expect. * In trying to activate my account on my iPhone 12 Pro, I was placed in a loop with no exit options. It said to check my email account in order to verify my MLM account. When I checked my email, it said to resend the email and then that my account was already active. Then I was sent to request the verification email again and so on and so on an so on . . . * Great marketing campaign, too. I get a $15 Amazon gift card if I I write a favorable review. Slick videos and great promises, but in my case, no deliveries - can’t even get started. * Beyond Frustrated

    Take your time, follow the instructions during set up and the app/product works perfect. I recommend purchasing the rapsodo only if you have a newer phone or tablet with a good camera. I use the product outside at the range and at my backyard practice net with zero problems. Perfect for finding club yardages and viewing recordings of your swing. This is not a golf simulator.

    Wish it picked up longer clubs better, never seems to register and if it does occasionally not accurate

    The app constantly changes my club to gap wedge after several shots. Doesn’t track every shot, and I don’t want to hear it’s about the positioning after it tracks 10 shots prior to the bug. Need to be able to flip iPad horizontally to use because the camera angle doesn’t work well with it the way it is.

    The app was previously crashing after a recent update , deleting the app a few times and reinstalling has seemed to do the trick and fix it

    After several back and forth emails with customer service mine just doesn’t work. Their support staff tried to help but in the end the Rapsodo was not accurate for the club I was using and would not load on my iPad so I could see the results better. I only used it inside so I cannot judge the outside accuracy.

    Got the MLM for Christmas 2022 and am loving it. Too much snow in Utah to try it at the range yet, but in my garage on a net has been great. Love the verbal readings of your swing so you don’t have to break rhythm to look at the screen. Fabulous product for the money.

    I love this device. Honestly I was super skeptical at first. But after spending some time on the range, it has proved itself mega! I found the most important thing is getting the device level and square during setup. Once you achieve this, it’s literally a RTR! The shot trace feature is so epic! My only wish is Apple Watch integration would be awesome and some more metrics such as ball spin rate. Keep up the good work guys! Huge fan of the product. I can never go to the range without one now that is for sure!
