    I think you get out of something what you put in. If you utilize the app, you will find it very helpful. I like that the coach is available and checks in, but isn’t in your business 24/7. The workouts are perfect for what I need. Also, I over-estimated my work out frequency and within 12 hours of asking, they were changed for me! I got to interact with the creator of the app in one of the social zoom events and was so happy to have done it. It made it more personal and I felt his passion for what he has created. Thank you!

    I like the exercise plan. Easy on the joints and low impact The food plan focus is on choosing healthy foods instead of calorie counting It is working for me.

    I had the app less than two days snd was asked the same questions over and over again! The coach is pretty much canned generated communication with no real sincerity! Save your money!

    This program is excellent, you can do things at your speed. Nothing demanding about it. Lots of sit down exercises too for those who are physically challenged.
  • Minimal and Underwhelming

    Was hoping to see a real integrated and relevant app from the testimonials. But everything from the videos, coaching and resources are pretty mediocre. The exercise videos are low quality and they are done in peoples backyards and nothing you can’t find on YouTube. I understand that this is foe the 50+ community but it is more appropriate foe 60+. The Resources are nothing you can’t google and here is the worst part is the coaching. They basically message you to send you worksheets and when I asked for some food recommendations they said they can’t provide since they are not nutritionists and I asked well what can I expect it was this vague recommendation to look in the app for recipes section. I was so discouraged and felt I decided to cancel this app that overpromised even some basic functions of a health app.

    I found this app when looking for something to help me exercise. I love that it takes your interests and goals and develops a plan for you. You have the flexibility to change things at any time! The workouts I chose are less than 20 minutes long and fit perfectly in my schedule! It also helps you think mindfully about food/nutrition. I love the community and the personal support my coach provides!
