Why this app doesn’t identity management capabilities is odd. Every single time I open the app I am asked again about who I am, my body type, and my fitness goals, prior to being able to get to the exercises.

How good do you think an app will be if you have to pay before use? It’s a money grab at best.

There is not such thing as targeted fat loss, I am sick of getting these ridiculous adverts for this program. While yes, a heavier person wanting to lose more weight quickly will have a different regiment than a thinner person wanting to build muscle, the “shape” of the fat does not matter. I wish I could post some of the screen shots of their ads I see.

The app promotes itself as tailored to your needs by basing its workouts around your current body shape, your body goals, and even your level of skill in the gym. It also talks a big game in providing meal plans. However, after buying into the idea of having an almost personalized plan for working out as a complete beginner, I saw what the app actually provides. I should have gone with a lesser subscription, but I got the 6-month plan for $60. Then I checked it out and the app is actually super basic. It provides workouts and focuses, such as back or arms, but it doesn’t give any help on what weight to use or how often to focus on each body part. While I wasn’t expecting an actual trainer to help, I figured by putting in all my physical information, AI or something would figure out a proper plan for me, or propose a pre-configured plan based on my body type. But after playing around with the settings, I found it simply just shows all the same workouts, regardless of skill level, meaning there was no thought behind it. On top of that, one of the main questions was if you plan to work out at home but most of the workouts require gym equipment, including the workouts touted to be home workouts. I honestly felt like I got ripped off for signing up for the 6 month plan expecting the app to provide what it promoted. Then when I went to cancel my subscription so I don’t forget in 6 months, I saw that the pricing was all over the place! 1 month was $19.99. 3 months was either $19.99, $29.99 or $39.99. 6 months was either $39.99 or $59.99. One year was either $39.99 or $59.99. Meaning I paid $60 for half a year when that same cost could have provided me a full year or I could have paid less for the same time frame. Either way I feel it was exaggerated advertising and the subscription costs cheat you.

I’m not buying something without seeing what I get. Needs at least a one day trial. Big red flag to me. I didn’t buy.

As of now this is by far the worst exercise app I’ve ever used. Every single time you open the app you have to go through the same quiz over and over before you can even start. The app itself tracks nothing and does not even remember the workouts you complete even after you save it. I’ve been trying to use it for a couple months now and after multiple emails to the developers about the plethora of issues no improvements have been made. I list complete faith in this app and advise others to spend their money elswhere.

I changed from an Android to iPhone and couldn’t get the app to work. Customer Service was nice and sent a code to activate the app on the iPhone, but it continued to return an error message. They stuck with me and gave access to a similar application (Better Me) with similar workouts and info. I was pleased to get the consistent support to something that worked for me. They operated in good faith to get my problem solved.
