  • This app might get your RV ruined

    By eric_baby
Try asking it to take you from Ashton, ID to Headwaters at Flag Ranch. It will take you on 50 mikes of forest road where you get to ford streams and eventually have to turn around (no easy feat on a one lane dirt road) because the road is actually closed with snow. No way is this an RV friendly route…
  • Planned trips are maddeningly hard to find

    By kidstoteach
Why can’t I simply navigate to a list(s) of trips (planned, tentative, completed)? App feels like a black hole. Only email support is the opportunity to send unanswered emails.
  • Works well most of the time

    By maseww22
The trips feature is nice and the app works well most of the time. I noticed while west of the Mississippi, the app was avoiding I-90 a lot of the time resulting in routes that were hours longer. I was able to make the app follow the route specified from our “trips” and it took us I-90 with no problems. The app also crashes if you stop during the trip and turn off the vehicle (e.g. for a rest stop, fuel, meal, etc). The app is still better than Google unless you meticulously check your route for your RV specifications. The app developer is responsive to suggestions as they push out updates often.
  • Worst app ever

    By JoshDyno
After wasting probably two or three hours trying to create just one trip I have given up. Typically map apps are very easy to operate you put in a point a and a point B and it gives you a route. This is not the case here I honestly was never even able to input a point a and point B and it is pathetic!!
  • Good planner

A great app for planning and tracking your travel. Just discover the “research” tab and found it helpful for finding points along the journey like fuel stops. Also for many other points of interest. We’ll worth the annual cost. I just wish there was an “off line” version to be used when Wi-Fi not available.
  • Very buggy

    It’s a buggy app
  • Great app but has flaws!

    By Fzodl
This is a great app that allows you RV safe navigation with peace of mind! But the navigation directions could be improved. My biggest pet peeve is that it doesn’t say 95”N” or “S” when telling you to which direction of highway to take. When I’m in the middle of no where and the roads are hard to follow, I need North or South directions so I can follow street signs. just telling me to take 81 with no N or S directions, can be very problematic when you take the wrong on-ramp and take a 20-30 mins detour trying to find the right way.
  • App won’t let me access my trips

    By Bentider61
I’ve tried everything to get beyond My Trips. All I can access is your sales add! I already have a membership and there is NO place to get beyond your 3 splash pages of sales add. UNSAT!!!! Please fix ASAP
  • Directions

    By sean Mohan
Directions leave a lot to be desired. I really can’t rely on the app alone
  • Useless app

    By Disgusted with tech support
The maps are outdated and the time estimates are double that of any other mapping app. The planning feature is counter intuitive and so hard to navigate that we never successfully used it. Immense waste of money.
