  • Can’t live without it

I love Plan to Eat, over 1000 saved recipes so far. I subscribe to lots of food blogs so the easy recipe import via URL or manual entry has been the crux of my recipe collection. PTE saved me in terms of efficient meal planning through many years of kids, full time work teaching and a personal commitment to cook from scratch with organic garden fresh foods as much as possible. In the unlikely event that I stop using PTE, I can download all my saved recipes. Wish the search function was a little more sensitive, but otherwise, it’s the best.

  • Makes meal planning and grocery shopping for your favorite recipes

This makes meal planning and making a grocery list very easy. You can save your own favorite recipes with notes. Imports from a URL very well, and if needed, can copy and paste easily too. Got a free 30 day trial, and I pretty quickly decided the subscription would pay for itself in saving time and keeping my grocery list down to just what I need, which really helped out my budget. Bought the yearly subscription for 50% off Black Friday weekend. Incredibly useful app! Update 10/21: still using this app so much. It has become like my own cherished cookbook. Hoping for the Black Friday deal again to renew Update 6/22: still using frequently. Can’t beat finding a recipe online and being able to share it to the app, the app cuts through all the stories about grandma and apple pickin on these blogs and catches the recipe while saving a link back to the site. Seriously a great app! Will renew at Black Friday 50% this year like I always do 😀
  • Great app

This app is great! It is easy to use, intuitive, and not glitchy. I use it on multiple platforms. It is worth every penny (and it doesn’t cost very many pennies).
  • By far the best recipe organizing app out there!

I have tried, from free to monthly fee to a one time purchase, many apps. Cook ‘n (yuck, unreliable over priced) Paprika free and therefore limited, Real Plans etc etc. Plan to Eat exceeds in all around app. Ease of adding, lots of ways to search, stable with the rare glitch, makes meal planning, and with living 20 miles out of town and with today’s prices it’s perfect making sure no item gets forgotten
  • Love the app

This app is my main collection point of recipes. If I find the recipe on Pinterest, I save it in this app. Allrecipes? I save it in this app. It’s so easy to navigate. It’s so easy to import new recipes, create shopping lists, and meal plans. I use it all the time.
  • At my fingertips anywhere!
