Many fake leads. The competitor made me a more grateful human. $600 down the drain. I would sue lol

The cost per lead is ridiculous and overly expensive. Y’all want people to pay $65 for 20 credits when one lead cost 15-16 credits.

I’m a DJ and spend hundreds of dollars a month on people who are either “just curious/looking”, are minors (who cannot be legally responsible or sign a contract), or people who are taking some kind of class using this app as part of their “class project”. Also, the amount of credits required for each job is all over the place and very inconsistent. 70% of jobs I respond to don’t even view my profile. I wish there was something done to make the app and service a little more reliable for people who offer services like mine. And yes, I’ve paid for the premium and other services and it’s still the same crapshoot.

Don't waste your money and time. Bark works with completely unqualified leads and 99% of the time, I paid for the leads within the first few minutes, and the “client” never responded. In other words, I threw money away.

I have been on bark off and on for a few years hoping for better. After all this time you would think that you could vet jobs better. We run a security company and we constantly get post from people looking for jobs or fake accounts. No matter what suggestions we give you. You don’t take them. At this point I’ve been trying to work with you so long that I can tell the fake leads better than your system. We spend a lot for a few credits that get ate up after a few responses that we never hear from. Your credits are TOO EXPENSIVE. I know what you’re going to say. “Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about your experience. All our leads go through background checks and additional verification to ensure quality.” Like I said I’ve been trying to work with you for years and you continue to disappoint with expensive credits and leads you think are verified. I can tell by emails and no explanation of what a lead wants that it’s not a good lead. Suggestion! Either drop your credit price or find a better verification system. No, sorry. Do both.

Don’t waste your money as I did. I paid for leads to be able to work. After my first, initial 60 credit. All of them were scam, artist except for maybe two people. Park says that they verify the clients looking for work. But they do not. I don’t have money or time to waste, trying to verify and talk to these scammers. I told bark about the issue and they did nothing about it. I have screenshots from the scammers. They use the same property addresses. They just change the names. Park Hass to do a better job to keep the scammers off of their app trying to send out fake checks to be cashed in unsuspecting service workers accounts.

As a life coach, I found this app to be a complete waste of money. The platform's users are generally uneducated about different modalities, they’ll seek coaching when they actually need therapy, and tend to be very flaky and unresponsive. Despite receiving notifications that clients have requested quotes, they often fail to engage further. Save your money and look elsewhere.
  • Full of fake leads

This is a fake lead service. They know they are fake, and that’s why they put a refund policy in place for unverified leads. Nonetheless, when you try to get credits returned for an unverified lead then they tell you it’s not their responsibility to verify the lead. Stay away! They are scam artists.

Bark is the worst of all lead generation platforms. 99% of the so-called leads are fake, or are scams (I have receipts and evidence to back up the scam claim). The ones that aren’t, have a less than 1% response rate. Use some credits for a potential lead, and the system will start spamming you with copies of that same lead that likely already ghosted you and took your money. I can’t say that Bark is who’s responsible for all the fake leads, but they do have financial incentive to keep spamming you with fake leads to get you to buy tons of very expensive credits and waste them trying to land non-existent gigs on here. 1 star because it won’t let me rate it lower than that. Apple should pull unethical businesses from the App Store.

Started off good now it’s awful. Don’t waste your money! I’ve spent $1000’s on their leads, I called to get a list of the leads I’ve purchase so I can do an email campaign they said they don’t do that! Talk about disappointed. Also most of the leads just don’t answer or ghost you.
