    7000$ withheld for over a week. Not good for small businesses when you have an administrative entity charging other entities for office work. Terrible experience, will use alternative.

  • Great App - Some suggestions

    The app works great but there are 3 things that need changing desperately: 1. The tipping area needs to be bigger and more visible; My customers miss it all the time and then ask me where the tip screen is after they have passed it and are unable to go back to it. 2. Any tipping percentage change I have made through my dashboard does not then change in the app. 3. There needs to be an ability to send a customer a receipt by email or text later on. Customers call me a day or two later wanting a receipt and I have no way of sending it to them as there is no option on the transaction page. Make these changes to the app will make my life and my customers life much easier. Square already has these capabilities but I would much rather use Go daddy as your rates are better. Thank you.

    Estores created cannot be amended to wide spectrum, the app does not show the estore on it, i tried to get some issues fixed through livechat but turned out that every selection i made to create my Estore is not adjustable anymore.

    I wish there was way to take a customer’s shipping address when when taking payments online. There’s no feature where customers can add their shipping address.

    I had a transaction for my food truck for $10k. The rental was four events at $2,500 a event which is $10,000. I received a email, talk about high risk. the payment was made with a business platinum amex card. i need to send in a invoice for the sell, where we get supplies from bank statements, ID, EIN NUMBER. so they deactivated my account. i will go to social media & tv network telling them don’t us GODADDY THEY ARE RACISTS.
