I tried for a few days but having trouble with the app recognizing the low G notes. Love to retry but until your help and faq work and the app addresses this. I can’t recommend.

The title says it all, ive been blown away over and over by the minute, carful detail thats gone into the creation of this truly fantastic app. I dabble in musical instruments here there so i didnt start off at 0. But i have learned so many things about playing the Ukelele that i would have never thought about before taking this course. So far im on module 5 and have also enjoyed the tuner and the large library of fun/ modern music that you can play along with.

Well, just like the title said, I love Kala. This app is great for anyone who wants to learn ukelele because it teaches you a lot about ukelele and how to make music with it. You can literally learn everything about an ukelele in about 3 days! It teaches you chords, strums, and how to play amazing songs!! I recommend Kala because after a week of practicing ukelele with it, I already started playing all types of songs (it has a big variety of genres of songs). I really hope that whoever sees this downloads this app, because as I told you before, Kala is amazing. 🎶

I wish they allowed you to learn the full songs without paying money—or at least give you a way to earn the song by watching ads or something

All I can use in this app is the tuner. One has to PAY for songs to play..☹️

If I had known that learning, ukulele could be so easy, I would’ve done it years ago! I’m 58 years old, and I’ve been playing for 3 months, but people think I’ve been playing a lot longer! I tell them about my secret! The KALA app! I have purchased 3 ukes now, because my grandkids want to play with me!

I bought this app to tune my ukulele as an absolute beginner. I have the app access to my microphone and was completely silent. Every time I strummed a string it either didn’t respond or gave me a completely different answer every time. My E string is “too low” yet I tuned it as high as possible. Maybe I’m doing something wrong but nothing is working. Very frustrating

Very useful and fun. Smart features and while there’s a few less than intuitive moments. I’m learning and jamming more than usual.
