Before I downloaded the Disney land app I was divorced, depressed, working full time at a target Starbucks and haven’t even heard of Star Wars. After downloading this app I am now the assistant to the manager at my target Starbucks, won my lawsuit against my ex-wife, and I am doing a presentation at the San Diego Star Wars comic con. Using the Disney land app I can easily see how long the waits are for my favorite rides and order food and buy many items using the app. Now my children finally respect me and were able to have fun together at Disney. Normally I wouldn’t be going to Disney land because I am in crippling debt but thanks to the money I won from my lawsuit I am able to experience a TRUE VACATION. The last time I stepped foot out of my state was when I went to visit my former sister in law in Vermont. Anyway, this app ILUMINATES your experience at the land of Disney and it is an absolute game changer making the experience even more enjoyable.

Star Wars land has been the highlight of the day. My 8 year old son was able to fulfill his dream today as an engineer. , My only concern is the recent lack of DAS availability for stoke and tachycardia patients. I’d appreciate any form of communication with the Disneyland fire department just in case. I appreciate Disneyland and cast members for all their efforts .

For a billion dollar company this app is a poor showing. It's a confusing mishmash of functionality with extremely poor integration. Some things are only done through the website but then it makes you login again on the website. ugh

There have been SO many rides go down, we’ve experienced it 3 times after waiting in line for a while with a lot of kids. Super frustrating and way more than we’ve ever experienced before

Booked a genie+ for space mountain, and when the time came, the app simply said ‘something went wrong’ and would not show that we had reserved this ride.
I’m at a loss. Why did you get rid of the lightning pass system that worked just fine? You traded it in for an unreliable app, and charge people money for the service.
This whole place is going down hill fast.

Today at the checkin nobody were helpful.
Monorail entrance manager was rude unhelpful.
People come here from all over the world to have fun. She should not be in charge of anything
