  • Movies ok- APP Bugs are awful!

    The connection to my app was awful even on 800mbps WiFi, I couldn’t watch my movie. When I went to customer service, I kept having to reconnect to the chat when the representative told me to do anything on my phone (reload app, redownload etc). I finally had to figure out the issue on my own, which was that the movie wouldn’t play while downloaded. I kept getting the same error message repeatedly. I had to delete the downloaded movie, and play off the network. I was on a free trial, and I absolutely would not pay for an app or subscription with this many bugs and issues. Very inefficient app, and too many bugs.

    Downloaded a movie to watch on the airplane. The movie kept getting messed up with the audio not syncing to what’s on the screen. Have to keep restarting the app. Was going to sign up for a subscription after the free trial but after dealing with this trash of an app that won’t be happening.
  • Great selections but can’t handle 4K

    It has a GREAT selection and has a lot of different choices vs other apps. The reason I gave two stars is that I’ve had it for almost a month now and it continuously pauses or says can’t connect. I have full wifi, it’s sunny out and it still says that. Please fix this bug so I can fully enjoy watching on this app. I’m giving it one more week. If it doesn’t stop I’ll be discontinuing this subscription.

    This app glitches constantly. Most of the time it says it can’t connect to the server, and when it does work the audio and video become out of sync. I didn’t think anything could be worse than the paramount app but this one beats it.
  • App always misremembers last episode and time

    Mostly the app works fine. However it always incorrectly keeps track of which episode and time in the episode I stop at. It seems to always incorrectly think I’m 2 minutes from the end of an episode, when in fact I haven’t started the episode or have just started it. Also there is no way to submit feedback or a bug report for the app. Hence I have to make a bug report in these app reviews…
  • Offline error message

    The app has major issue stating the offline error message pops up. It had been several weeks up to months that I wasn’t able to watch any shows on my phone and began to use my laptop instead. Hopefully this error stops or gets resolved because I do love having access to my shows via cell phone app.
