  • Why Microphone Access?

    Hey folks, love the app and will update my rating once this is resolved/answered. This is nitpicky but why does the app need microphone access to record properly? I removed mic access in an effort to just make my phone and privacy more secure (along with many other apps), and the app failed to record my whole session. Can this be fixed since all it really needs is camera access (which was enabled in my case)?

    SV is useful but is highly inconsistent on shot tracking. i have to spend a lot of time going back and correcting my shots. e.g. rarely hit a serve above 80mph and yet SV gets the timings so wrong that it calls my serves at 120mph. another complaint is how poorly the app detects/ define the boundaries of the court on initial set up. this is step 1 and it’s never right. for a tennis-specific app, their “AI” model seems poorly trained to recognize the court and its boundaries. this is the craziest thing to me.

    I like to use the app, but it has so many bugs. You try and download after a session and it crashes multiple times. Takes hours to complete if you can even get it to work. They need to work hard to improve the app considering the cost. The shot detection and heat map is very inconsistent and the speed is way off, both very obvious if you use it a couple of times.

    I love this app I’ve used to over 200 sessions to track my tennis and I specifically loved the part that tracks speed on my watch using hand motion but after recent iOS update app does not show up in my watch 3 can you confirm if this is temporary or permanent?
