Although not 100% reliable, I have had many instances where I discovered that one who’s calling is not who he is. I love this app.

Can Hiya automatically “delete” all 1 800 numbers. I don’t ever want to hear from any of them. I would never have any contact from them under any circumstances. Would be an awesome feature. If there were a 1 800 number I cared about they’d be in my contacts and that has never happened.

Didn’t renew subscription but now 5 weeks later I learn that Hiya still got my voicemails and I am leaving this review to help others You have to go in settings to cancel hiya in your phone options and also from home screen before delete hiya icon tap it to call a number to dismiss hiya call forwarding. Yesterday I got 2 notifications to open my hiya app to see messages and I was shocked since I thought I ended my years of giving hiya money when I cancelled subscription in iOS iCloud etc settings But nope they once again made another reason to regret them because oh wow I had lots of voicemails since I cancelled but actually Hiya had them I wish I could get all my money back from hiya for all the years I thought it was doing me good, because keeping my voicemails after I ended subscription and hiya system not stopping itself from receiving my calls when I’m no long a subscriber and these past five weeks is not right. It’s like someone breaks up with their girlfriend and for five weeks after his friends kept calling and leaving messages but she never told them nor told him she was getting the messages, it’s so not good

Hi, Having a problem. I used to be able to punch in a phone number that I just received and see who owned it. I can no longer use the App. I am blocked by one of you pop up screens trying to sell me something new. I want to be able to check out phone numbers that I load Help.
  • I was pretty happy, until I got a new phone.

After I went through all the instructions to set up Hiya on my new 14, I got messages from Hiya that told me I had new voice messages. Problem was, when I opened the app, there were no voice messages. I had no way to access them, so they’re just lost forever and I had no idea who they’re from, because Hiya wasn’t telling me who had called, either. Since I purchased this through the App Store, I apparently have no way to log into the web page. So I deactivated call screening in preparation to delete it. Weirdly, as soon as I did this, the call log and all voice mails became accessible. Not sure what’s up with this app. It’s got glitches.
