Sometimes 1 credit is charged per call, sometimes 2 credits, is that normal?!

After paying 9.99 for 60 credits, This app was taking more credits (more than 3 at a time) than supposed to for SMS messaging and when I asked for a refund or comparable credits, they banned my account! BEWARE!

The only thing I have to say is. Artificial Intelligence, or aka, AI. Is called Artificial for a purpose! the theory and development of computer systems able to perform tasks that normally require human intelligence, such as visual perception, speech recognition, decision-making, and translation between languages. Which means, when the computer comes to a common sense problem, that requires, God given human intelligence for correction, what is really the agenda behind it? To get us to stop using our ability to process, think, and fix the problem, or to keep us in a state of dought, and to ultimately get us to shut our minds of with the manipulation of fear!
