I have used Down Dog for 2 years and it has such great variety and easy transitions. It is so customizable for however I’m feeling for the day. Improved health,body and mind-so worth it!!!

A few years ago, I bought a lifetime membership for this app and I’ve been enjoying it ever since! I had tried A LOT of other yoga apps and none come even close to comparing to this one. The unique process-generated programming of this app allows you to customize a workout according to your needs and preferences—everything from how much voice instruction, to what parts of the body you want to give extra attention to, and from the style and pace of the movements to the style of background music. Heck, you even can choose the exact amount of time you want to workout—and the voice that you want to give you the instruction. In other apps, one has to scroll endlessly and select a program you think best fits what you want and need, but in this app—no scrolling—just select your options for a unique workout that meets your every need every time. No distractions and no scrolling—no nonsense! Just Yoga!

The versatility of this app is impressive considering how little it cost. The ability to vary the session length, focus, and intensity makes it easy to use and I find myself more likely get a good session in when I’m guided by the app. The stretches in here have alleviated almost all of my lower back pain.

Quality app

I have been using DownDog for many years, the apps and instructions never let me down! There’s so many options to choose from: who’s instructing, the type of yoga, the music and so much!!

Been using this App since March of 2020. Never the same practice. It has upped my level of yoga 10 fold. Just amazing. I have so many choices, whatever my mood or capability that day. Any time I need it, I have it by me. Impressed over the years how they have updated the program for more choices. If you’re curious, Try it. It is the best app out there.

I love the down dog app for yoga! I love that teachers get full access to the membership for free - my teacher friend recommended this to me and I’ve never looked back. I am excited to try out the different apps like mediation and barre as well!
