If you're looking to Download MiCollab on your Chromebook laptop Then read the following guideline.

The Mitel® MiCollab® Mobile Client 9.1 requires MiCollab Server 9.1 or newer. The MiCollab mobile-first approach was developed from the ground up to be used on your iPhone making it easier for employees to talk, chat, meet and share information with others within the organization, from anyplace, at any time. By bringing together communications and team collaboration tools into a single application MiCollab extends the “in-office experience” to any location enabling you to make phone calls, search your corporate directory, chat with colleagues, check corporate voicemail, collaborate on team-based projects, and more, directly from your iPhone. Increase the ease of sharing information and speed of decision making within your organization by using the MiCollab Mobile client. The MiCollab Mobile client lets you: • Create a list of favorite contacts, speed dial numbers, and websites you can access in a flash • Search corporate contacts, see who is available, and choose how to contact them using voice, IM, point-to-point video, or email • Receive, place, and hand-off voice calls to/from the MiCollab Mobile client SIP Softphone over Wi-Fi® or 4G networks • View your incoming, outgoing and missed call history for your office extension • Access visual voicemail for your office extension and manage messages by preference rather than by sequence • Manage and automatically update your status and call-routing preferences based on your location or time of day

  • Can’t make calls from cellphone

    By Ramiro Daniel
I’ve been using this app for the past year and it was working well for what I needed. The new version seems to have removed the option to make a call from my cellphones. It restricts options to make direct calls or from the base phone. I need the app to let me call using my cellphone.
  • Useless - Don’t Install

    By NYC2009
I tried setting this app up for my office phone number. Setup was easy but when I tested this app, it doesn’t display any notification when the phone number is receiving a call. I only get a notification after I missed the call. What use is this?!?!?
  • Terrible

    By db2223455
The mute button freezes. So when I’m on a call and on mute I can’t get off mute without quitting the app (leaving the call) and restarting the app. Has cost me minutes and time on some really important calls. How does a button jam on an app? Terrible design.
  • Mandatory Work App

    By fkjfdyhbg
This app makes me want to quit more than my toxic boss does. Complete garbage from a garbage company.
  • App not working

    By Ariv292
The app was working ok for me besides the little tricks I needed to learn it order for it to work but ever since I did this new update 3 days ago the app is not working at all. I am full remote at home and have not been able to receive or dial out calls. It says there is a network issue. Someone please update the app again!
  • No stars

    By Jacqie!
This app is the absolute worst. Calls never connect and when calls connect hangs up. Drains battery just horrible
  • When will you fix it?

    By Navidinc
All the issues that others complained are real. When do the developer wants to fix them!! Doesn’t stay open on the background, doesn’t dial from soft phone, bad connection at all times, it rings sometimes when it wants to, and many more!!
  • Very glitchy

    By thegeneral_747
It’s hard to believe an app as glitchy as this exists in the 21st century. 90% of the time, I see a message pop up in notifications only for the message to not show up in chat in the app. There were countless instances in which I had to ask people to resend their message via email / call because their messages on MiCollab are never seen on the app.
  • Keep a charger close

    By Specker 99
Been using this app now for 3 years. I wish the interface was a bit more easy to use. The biggest complaint is the effect of battery life… Especially on iOS devices. Talking a total of 2 hours a day using the app will pretty much drain an fully charged phone. This had been the biggest complaint with all of the deployments we have done with staff.
  • Below average

Switching between devices is a pain. Soft phone is terrible for answering calls as it kicks caller to VM rather than ringing. Handoff is sketchy from 5330 IP phone to soft phone. So better than nothing, but not great.
