  • BEWARE!!!

This app messes with your phone. I downloaded the app but decided to un-download after seeing how much the subscription was. After uninstalling I was unable to turn find my iPhone back on, as the app requires you to turn it off during installation. It also signed me out from iCloud and messed with the parental controls I had previously set in iPhone’s settings. Now the parental controls you can set through settings on the iPhone don’t even work anymore. I will now have to reset the iPhone to fix this issue as that seems to be the only solution I have left.

  • Works ok but good luck taking it off

It’s been a major pain removing the app and all that it installs on the devices. Despite deleting all apps, the management system is still there and I have to spend hours taking it off. I wouldn’t also say that the app was easy to use, the app scramble was also an inconvenience. Eventually it was just too much to manage and I had to take it off. The Apple management is much easier to use.
  • Confusing, not easy to use

    By DrMagallanes
My wife and I paid the membership for almost one year and during this time, we had to adjust settings on multiple occasions and hd difficulty using the Find my Phone app on the iOS. I read many reviews and felt that it was the right choice, unfortunately, not easy to maneuver and it did not block the things we wanted. In the end, we gave up and decided to cancel. Will be going through our teenagers phone daily, reviewing content and changing password to prevent them from installing unwanted or unsafe apps. Really wanted this app to work for us.
  • The worst

My children where hitting me over this terrible app that only did a minimal amount of controls overall this app is absolutely terrible one star
  • Glitches fairly often

    By Noey666777death
Really useful tool and fairly uncomplicated interface. The ability to restrict apps and screen time it great! But the am p randomly glitches about 2 or 3 times a month. And the child’s phone becomes unrestricted. I don’t know if it’s a service issue. But otherwise this app is great
  • Cheapest online babysitter

I understand the purpose of this app. To stop your child from accessing inappropriate content. Of course no parent wants their children watching content like that. However, this app shouldn’t be your only solution. As a parent, it is your job to teach your children what is appropriate and what isn’t. YOU are the parent, not this app. Blocking every single thing on your child’s phone will make them resent you. If you’re using this app for a teenager, then your teenagers definitely hate you, and I can guaranty that your toddlers do as well. Instead of paying whatever this app charges a month, parent your children. The amount of privacy breaching that this app provides is mentally abusive. Children deserve to have their privacy respected, if you’re not able to do that. Don’t become a parent.
  • Basic is useless

    By gona jackuov
It didn’t even block anything. Description give impression there are multiple functions available within the basic framework. But only schedules and Jr. Notably blocking his Jr away, but did not block txt or web browsing
  • Basic free option is better than paid

    By nakira80
I used the free version for months and was very basic and could not have more control. I tried the subscription version and it locked the phone even though I granted permission. I erased and re installed twice. Ended up removing all together. Frustrating
  • Painful to Install

    By Adraaaay
I can't speak to how well the app works once it's installed because I can't seem to get that far. I've tried several times on different phones. Once I've changed the settings on their phones, installed iTunes on my computer, etc. the connector just spins and spins.... for HOURS. Truly frustrating and a bummer since I paid good money for something that is important to me and I can't use it.
