  • Error after the latest update

The was working very well but after the last update my children’s devices were removed. And the app asks me to pair them again which is a troublesome process.
  • Clunky and intrusive

This seemed like a straightforward solution to managing my son’s screen time and putting some basic content filters in place. Unfortunately, it was incredibly frustrating to use from his end. It repeatedly deleted his carefully arranged folders and scrambled all of his icons. (Yes, I see the app developers explaining why this happens. I do not care and it doesn’t make it okay.) It’s also very very slow to load — he has to restart the timer each time, and it takes up to 45 seconds to unlock his apps. As a parent, I don’t want our electronics policy to be a source of resentment, but rather a family agreement that we can talk about and that is based in mutual respect. I want to strike a balance between keeping my kiddo safe and respecting his autonomy. The way this app works didn’t feel respectful. I eventually set some simple limits in the iPad’s Screen Time settings, which can set maximum times for individual apps, app types (like social media), and/or general usage. It also offers some simple web filtering and the ability to block specific sites. I feel a lot better about this and it’s basically invisible from the kid’s end until they run up against a time limit or a blocked site. Don’t waste your money.
  • Worst Set Up Experience

    By CAMMM27
This is an absolute nightmare to set up. Support just repeats what’s on their website without really trying to figure out the issue. I upgraded to the premium account and cannot get it paid correctly. I have spent all day doing what they’ve said with no success. In this day and age it shouldn’t be this complicated. Guess I’ll try something else.
  • Very bad experience

difficult way to make pair with my child's device
  • Our pact jr is needed on childs phone also to work with the premium.

I love the scheduler and the app control, but when you purchase the premium you are supposedly be able to view live screenshots and history. You have to download a separate app on your childs phone and hook it up to computer,.. blah blah! Not user friendly and child will see it enabled on their phone and easily shut it off. Pretty mad I wasted 100 dollars!!!
  • This a great app

This is so good I love it my child really now knows how to use their iPad.
  • Awful experience

    By Rywints
I wanted to block specific apps on my phone so I downloaded this. I basically had to give them all of my info (full control of my phone aka finances and my whole life) and it completely reinstalled my entire Apple ID and rearranged all my apps. Now a bunch of my apps aren’t even working. This is so invasive it makes me sick
  • Question

    By callie graysen
I had a question. If my child goes on incognito mode on google then goes on some sexual website will it send me a notification or tell me?
  • Crash after crash

    By Appletronazoid
Unable to even use or pair my child’s device. Downloaded the connect app via the computer to pair, but the app crashes as soon as it opens, or when you try to log in. Glad there is a trial period for premium, because I am canceling right now.
  • Not useful for some parents

    By Dej00
I thought since this was on the App Store that parents could monitor their kids phones. You can’t, and to even set it up you have to have a computer and set it up through a usb, seems like a app that needs some updating compared to other parental control apps.
