  • Real Money Pro tab doesn’t work on IOS

I have been a subscriber to The Street for a few years. For the past year or so the Real Money Pro tab doesn’t work. All the other tabs open without any issues but when I try to open Real Money Pro the app closes completely and the articles can’t be seen. I was told by customer service that this is only an issue with the app on IOS and needless to say is frustrating.
  • Crashes

The app crashes constantly when you open an article to read. Real Money Pro. IOS 15.4.1. Please fix this. I pay for a subscription and can't use the app.
  • Constantly Crashed

Have up graded to latest iPhone and iOS and the app crashes when you try and open an article. No point of paying for the subscription if you can’t read anything
  • Not a lot TLC going into this app

    By Berliner
Over 6 months since Cramer left the site and they still list him as a primary author at the too of the Real Money Pro part of the app. More seriously, the graphics and tweets posted by Kass typically do not load at all. The app also crashes frequently on my iPhone X running the most recent iOS update. Just seems very lame given the price of a Pro subscription. How hard can it be to get this app looking good and running well?
  • Going downhill

    By mwingerski
This app used to be manageable. Now I get emails to check out articles that don’t send me to the article. I’m less and less impressed every day.
  • Daily Diary hasn’t worked in weeks

    By JawaLives
App worked well for years for the Daily Diary. Something changed a few weeks ago and something is wrong with the app. You can’t read the daily diary on the app correctly. Contacted support , they claim they are aware. Better to delete the app and view the website on the browser.
  • Worst Financial app

    By Doctor No 2021
Integration of various products they sell is terrible. Cramer disassociated himself with this company recently and I think it is for obvious reasons. He now provides information that used to come from the street for free on CNBC. Check him out on Mad Money for QR code to daily market letter. Consider CNBC pro but save your money on any of the services of this financial app. I found the Quant ratings were out of date, sold by the street but not integrated into the mobile app, not even in a integrated correctly into the emails they put out. Can’t click on the email and get to ratings. Client support is more marketing and can’t hear complaints and can’t fix them. Stop auto renew. Look at all the reports available free from Charles Schwab and if you want technical support subscribe to their Market Edge. Other regular reports from S&P, Credit Suisse, Schwab, Argus, Reuters,MorningStar, and others. Call and ask for the supervisor and ask for a refund for the remaining part of your subscription if you are unhappy which most of you are. Be sure to stop auto renew!!!
  • Shame

    By the original snapnuts
Surprised that Jim Cramer couldn’t afford a better app building team. This app really is bad
  • Works great

    By Frustrated775544
I haven’t had any problems and I enjoy the content
  • Won’t run on IPad

    By ii Pete
Since the update it wont run on IPad, loads then crashes. Still works on IPhone. Frustrating since we pay for a subscription and they don’t seem to care.
