    It is a good app but my problem is I paid for a yearly subscription but then if I want help to understand a assignment I got to pay more. Recent I had to pay for extra 5 unlock documents. Honestly that is a rip off and I was and thinking about canceling my subscription, unfortunately I don’t get my money back. I give you three stars because it needs more improvement without ripping more money out of our bank accounts. If it wasn’t because of that I would have been five stars. I am disappointed.

    Dont dowload this app, no free content and when you upload to get free content it tricks you , doesnt let you delete your work after scamming you, keeps your work then doesnt give you the free content, i downloaded the app and some of the work isn’t right my friend used it for her chem paper and got a D..the answers were wrong!!

    The app states that it’s for free, which it is when you first download the app, but when you take your first picture it tells you to pay LOTS of money to get the answer you need. I really needed these answers to considering I had to do a test for a very difficult class. Overall I believe that the app really did have potential and could’ve been better if it didn’t do that to me. I hope that they read my review and fix this fee that is way to expensive for some people. Especially for college student who are already in debt. 👍🏼

    These people are honestly horrible, they just want your money. Although you do get the course and documents. It is not worth the cost, 150 for the year I thought the charge was going to be 35 a month, instead they pay for the whole year. I would like a refund for atleast the 11 months I did not use. Thank you, I would like my refund.
