I love the content on Shudder but the App is terrible. I get logged out all of the time and have to remember which email and password we use. When I try to reset my password, the email never gets to me. I still don’t have access bc I haven’t figured out which email and password is associated with the account.

Chromecasting from the app has never worked for me. I’m a software engineer so you’d think I’d be able to figure it out if it was a problem on my end. Guess I’ll be watching horror movies on my iPhone.

I only subscribed to Shudder for the show Slasher and I’m almost caught up . I don’t see a lot of other shows like it on the platform so I’m hoping for a renewal or I will probably unsubscribe.

There. Login issue solved! For the first time EVER since I got Shudder when they debuted (2015 or 16) I got actual responses from actual people! I am FLOORED. Not only that, but you responded promptly!😳 Double win. I took away 1 star for just how problematic Shudder has been in the past with no responses other than “you have a ticket number…” I still got that auto email, but got a REAL response in less than 12hrs. Miraculous. Thank you for hiring actual people! (It only took 8yrs).

This app says sign into shudder on browser. Go to yippee right hand corner to acct and click cancel. Unfortunately there is nowhere to do this on web browser or app

Forced to reset password as seems Shudder is only website I use on my phone that doesn’t have the option to save a password. Try to use that new password to log in on my TV and it’s “invalid.” Try to reset again and there is another error. Giving up. Will not return. Just glad I was able to cancel my subscription when I reset my password the first time.

How are you going to advertise a movie on YouTube and not have it on the mobile app? That makes 0 sense. Dont advertise a movie saying “watch it on shudder” and not have the movie on your own app.

I LOVE Shudder and have been a longtime subscriber, but I’ve recent started subbing through Prime Video because the Apple TV version of this Shudder app simply doesn’t work, and hasn’t ever worked properly since I’ve been a subscriber. Definitely subscribe to Shudder! But DO NOT try to use this app if you’re an Apple TV user.

Service is fine, perfect place to get your horror fix. Only thing missing is an option to filter by most recently added.
