We are not able to see the student name when we receive a message from a parent.

Trying to log in and it says my email or phone number doesn’t exist when it definitely does. Missing important information because it doesn’t work!

App constantly shows a notification in “email” despite me having opened and read the message. I even scroll slowly to the bottom and spend a ton of time with the message open yet the badge stays there. Figure it out.

Our schools use this app and I love it. You can easily reach out to teachers and it’s a very easy to use app. The only thing I really wish they would add is a way to bookmark certain posts. For example, ones that are really important for me, or ones that I can easily go back to if needed, instead of searching through all the posts.. I have 6 kids and in 4 different schools and I get a lot of posts.. some are just info and some require action. It would be SO HELPFUL to be able to bookmark/favorite certain posts!! Thank you!!!!

The app is okey but I see no way to delete the old stuff from years gone by!

I HATE PARENT SQUARE BRING BACK REMIND

As a teacher who has used multiple communication platforms (seesaw, dojo, ClassTag), I am pretty happy with ParentSquare. I would like to be able to see when a parent has read a private message- this is something Seesaw had that was useful. Also, I wish there was a way to filter posts (if there is I’m unaware 😁). Overall, it’s a good app that is helpful and timesaving. Oh- I do love the ability to schedule conferences right in the app!!

All emails keep going to my junk folder despite me trying to get them to go to my inbox.

Don't know why a school would use this????Nearly impossible to find what your looking for.

I’ve been using the app for a few weeks. So far, it’s worked well. I appreciate the notifications from the school and teachers. It’s easy to find and send messages. No user difficulties at this time.
