So easy to use for parents and sitters alike!

This is the worst app to find a baby sitter is too expensive and you don’t find the help you’re looking for. Sitter are rude or just ignore your messages when they’re the ones who show interest in your job. I only waste it my money twice thinking that I only signed up for a month but instead I was charged for the next month just because the app wasn’t specific enough. So don’t waste your time either.

Whatever you do don’t sign up for recurring fees. They charged me for one year without any notification I would be billed and claim refunds are not a possibility. In response to them there’s no warning for renewal, shady practices at best. If you cancel it’s “non refundable” even though it’s for a period of time in the future. California passed laws recently against this behavior, it’s clearly unethical

Have deleted and reinstalled and messages crash the app continuously.

Great app and idea but I go to click applicants then click “I’m interested” in hiring a babysitter and it crashes. Please help.

App crashes when I try to respond to inquiries about my ad. Disappointing.

The app has bugs in it. I have an account via their website. I can use the website with no issues. But with the app, it acts like I have never used SitterCity before. Also, another bug with messages. I can see I have messages in the app. When I click on the message to respond, the app just shuts down. I plan to just stick with the website.

When I log in each time I try to go to the chat section the app crashes. Please Fix!

The app is bugged. I can’t see the new messages coming in. When I click on a message to read it, the app crashes.

Everytime I open a message to reach to someone it just crashes I have to turn on my computer to access this message. They need to fix this. ASAP FIX THE CRASH PLS
